Hey There,
Like most of the people on the forums here, I love the comic. I now feel somewhat ill in the head when I'm behind on my readings.
Anyway, although I enjoy the artwork, the writing, the (somewhat cliched) plot, I do have a gripe with the dialogue. There are times when the speech bubbles are located in a weird spot in the box, making me wonder who's saying what first and last. Just wondering if there's a way to make the speech more fluid. Thanks.
Again, love the work. Keep it up!

Whats wrong with the speech bubbles? They are going to cover stuff up, but I have not noticed anything really annoying with them.

I think he's just talking about placement. When reading a book, you read left to right. In a comic it doesn't always work out that way. The person who talks first might be standing on the right side of the panel. If I get confused, I just reread the panel. It usually works out for me.

ya, same here. rereading tha panel is actually the best thing to do if you don't understand a word they're talkng about.
although we know it's Rchard talkng because he has a black speech bubble with a red outline... it makes him sound eeevvvviiiiiillllllllllll......

It's not really who's talking, but who's saying what, in what order. I suppose it takes some getting used to, and if all else fails, it only takes 2 extra seconds to reread a panel and figure out what's going on. When I first started reading manga, it took forever for me to get out of the habit of reading left to right. It's a matter of habit, I suppose.

For me it's pretty easy to tell whose saying what based on the dialog, Cale is idealistic and chivalrous, Richard is evil incarnate, Benny and Krunch are a more reluctant form of evil but Krunch never says much so it's mostly Benny.

It's really not a matter of who's saying what, but of what order they say it in. Richard said this, then Benny said that, or was it the other way around. Usually you can figure it out just using logic.

Well yeah, rereading the panels' good and all, I just find it awkward reading what the person says, only to realize they're responding to what someone else said in that same panel, not the one before. Of course it's easy to see who's saying what; I'm just wondering about finding out the ORDER of who's saying what. Yeah the whole left-to-right thing makes it tough to read a comic like this initially. I'd have a pain in the ASS time in traditional Japan apparently.

ohhhhh, don't even start with that....

pretty complicating, yes. have to have read lots of japanese-style comics to get the basic jiff of it all, though..
