So, if you get started on this guy, you will have a lot of reading. I'm now on the Grail series after reading the Warlord Series (3 books each, end cycle). His best know works are the historical-fiction known as the Sharpe's Chronicals but I havn't gotten to those yet. He has a keen ability to mold characters around history and not try to use the "major players" to tell a story. The Warlord series, based on what may have been the life and times of the "real" Author and Merlin as told through the eyes of one of his soldiers is the best book series I have read since R.A. Salvatore.
Just wanted to see if anyone else was on this one.

Eh I watched all the sharp TV specials with Sean Bean in them. I may read the book someday.

I remember seeing the Sharpe series last time I was in Chapters but didn't feel like looking them over since I had already picked out some Douglas Adams and Ian Flemming books to buy.

Just realised my misspellingings. Dur.
Also, a TV series? When and where? Downloadable?
