Mine would have to be Suicide Circle(Club). It's a bit of a Japanese thing. Little girl pop group that has subliminal messages to have folks off themselfs.
Great film.

Still fan of the older horror movies, the new ones just don't entertain me. My favorite though is the original Nightmare on Elm Street, gotta love Freddy Kruger.

Ended up liking the new "Dawn of the Dead" thought it was a lot of fun.
Don't watch a lot of slasher flicks... not entertaining. But I do like a good suspense flick.
I was 8 when i happened apon the first two minutes of "Children of the Corn" on HBO. Nightmares for WEEKS!
Also liked:
Arachnophobia
Scream
Friday the 13 (original)

Does Shaun of the Dead count?

Well, it's something like a horrific comedy...pretty graphic, too. I'd say it's in. Me, I'd go for the original Saw...disgustingly gory, with elements of horror involved, and then an ending that really makes you think. Not many horrors are capable of doing that; their audiences are more often the guys who try to show off to their girlfriends in the movie theaters with their "bravery".
Although it DID have some large plot fall-outs...

I gotta go with Shaun of the Dead for favorite horror, not so much BECAUSE it's a horror, but it's just so damned enjoyable to watch. For sheer frightfulness, no movie has ever scared me more than when I was 8 and my sister made me watch 'Spice Girls' with her.
Come on, it was terrifying!
Oh, and Scary Movie should count as well, as the fact that ANY of the Wayans brothers are still employed gives me the chills

I'd have to say there's a difference between the "Horror" genre and things that are simply horrifying. But I think I could put up "Thriller" if we want a combination of the two.

Spyder- Favorite Horror? I can't say I enjoy the movies I'm about to list, but that is mainly because they did their job and scared me. House on Haunted Hill, The Ring(in all its forms, but especially its Japanese versions), and Saw are up in the top ten I think.
I really liked Stay Alive, I loved the controller sound effect.

It was more comedy than horror but I loved the remake of Dawn of the Dead. It's one of my guilty pleasure movies.

Anything by Uwe Boll.
Not because of its intentions but rather its execution. How I wish someone would execute him.

I have to agree that Suicide was a damn good movie, but I don't think it was entirely ment to be a horror flick, it's more of a really, really, REALLY gory mystery.
I have to say that I'm not a big bloody horror flick fan. I do like the psychological thrillers, like Hitchcock's The Birds. How come they were allowed to live, and WTF happened, etc.
The only horror flick I've never been able to watch is Hostel, though. I'm not remotely squemish, but I just couldn't watch it.

Hostel sucked, you arent missing much. It is more a softcore porn with some blood and eyeball poping thrown in at the end.

Any of the old Friday the 13th movies, along with the Freddy Crugar series.
Halloween wasn't too bad, but i was never a hgue fan of it.
In my opinion, new age Horror movies arn't so much scary, but just have those startaling moments in them. :\

I couldn’t actually say what my favourite horror is, there are simply too many for too many reasons. I can say the least scary movie I’ve ever seen has to be Ghost Ship.

I love: -A Clockwork Orange (actually, as disturbing as it is, I don't think it's horror, oh well)
-The Others
-The Shining
-Children of The Corn
- and that weird old one about the possessed car... Charline or something....
