I can't believe that game, Canucks win 5-4 in the fourth overtime. Anyone else watch it?

No, more of seeing who else here is a fan of hockey. With over a thousand members I wasn't figuring on being the only one.

We have a hockey team where I live. Its weird, because the last time anyone saw ice in Phoenix was when they opened their freezers. So no one cares. Especially me.

wait, we got over 1,000 members? Odd seeing as how it is generally the same 10 or so who regularly post on this.

No worries, I wasn't really expecting people from the south to watch that much hockey, if I was there I would most likely watch more PBR or something along those lines.

We got a hockey team in Tampa, only problem is that pretty much no one in Tampa cares about hockey.

Its basically the same for all the hockey teams in the southern US, the stadiums almost always sell out because they are cheap seats but no one watches them on TV enough. I've asked a few times why would anyone that can't play shinny in actual winter would have a NHL team. But fuck, I hope that Ghis or Lar make a comment about the Habs at least.

Lar would be a leaves fan. I for one wear a paper bag over my head when someone mentions the Habs. They've played one of their worst seasons yet and I doubt it'll improve any time soon. We just don't hahve the same budget as many of the US teams to get the great players.

As a friend of mine pointed out on a forum elsewhere.....You have to snicker when someone says "I'm going for the Red Wings"
Therefore.
I'm going for the Red Wings.
just think about it. Don't make any comments that will push the line. But think about it

Some would argue that all disney movies are crappy.
They would be right.

Is it proper to mention LICD here? Because if so, Rayne's gonna remove your face, Elf.
As far as hockey goes, I casually watch games, not enough to call myself a Bruins fan, but thats who I generally root for.
