My younger sibling may very well have ADD, Ruined my 360 faceplate, lost countless memory cards, and eaten my donut but today he has gone too far.

I've been waiting all morning for him to give me the Game Cube so I can play Super Smash Bros Melee when he reveals "The dogs chewed it up. I know this is not true because he lies about everything he breaks and he never gets away with it. I start to think that this can be cured with a large knife or a clever, and it probably will be when he desides to make friends with some gang kids.

Now my Spring Break is a crap load of HELL...Goodbye cruel world for Jail is a dark place.

P.S. does anyone have spare money for bail?

Its days like this I'm happy I'm an only child. I know plenty of people that share your pain of younger siblings. Best thing to do is basically just make sure he still has crap to destroy just not yours and if it as to be make sure you don't care about it. If your folks ever tell you to share something that you bought yourself tell them no. I've made some keen observations with my one friend who has a brother with ADD. And when all else fails... hide all the batteries and blame him.

You knew he has a penchant for breaking things, if you have not learned your lesson and started locking stuff up when you're not using it by now, then it's your own damned fault.

So you are saying that because he doesn't vault up everything of importance its all his fault for his brother being a tard?

His brother is going to be and do whatever he is going to do, and Blue here can't do a damn thing about that - but he should be clever enough to take actions that will minimise any personal loss, rather than just hoping his brother stops because he (blue) screams at him.

Ah siblings, such a mixed blessing. My older brother is about ten years older than me so I grew up mostly as an only child. It was like being an only child but being able to call upon the experiance of an older sibling at times. Possibly, a decoy could work against a sibling. Just lock up the good stuff and lay out some crappy box of stuff for him to go wild in then lie in wait for your parents to bust his ass for being reckless.

Also, I do agree with Captain to an extent. Since you know your brother breaks things, just don't let him near anything of value. He's reckless, that's a given, but with some effort, you could minimalise this damage. Sure it sucks but you can make it suck less.

He might be an irresponsible fuckwit, but he's likely still got the cunning of an average human, it might take more than some old slippers to distract him for your Prada collection.

i feel SO sorry for you, way to get him to relax and be normal? throw out the ritalin and get him eating veggies and doing regular exercise with meditation, works for me, im pretty much normal most of the time now...

while i do have a distinct lack of ADD, I am the annoying youngest sibling in my family, and i do have a penchant for kleptomaniac urges every once in a while. I manage to keep them under reasonably good control.
