What character that you have created has been your favorite in any Rp?
Mine is a Level 18 Human fighter named XIII (yes his name was a number) who was chaotic evil and had no memory of his past or common sense for a long D&D campaign that we still are continuing today.

I created myself as a character in GURPS one time when I was 14. I made one of myself at 14, and another of myself at 29. It's actually kind of eerie how similar I have become to my character sheet.
Edit: I'm 26 now, so I have a few more years to get my martial arts and energy weapons skills up to snuff...

I took some liberties with a DnD book once... I think it was called "Advanced Fighter" or something similar...
Basically, my character was a half-elf vampire master knife fighter with incredible throwing skill.
Oddly enough, his name was Cale...
my favorite character. tricky. very tricky. i like allot of my characters. damn it is actually hard to narrow it down to one. i play a bit of everything, but mainly in a moderen setting we made ourselves useing White wolf's (old) World of darkness system/setting. threw in cyberpunk, and a few changes in the makeup of stuff. and you know, didnt Blow everything up in 2004.
well, i supose my favorite character is my Merc. Named L.T. Erikson. fun guy. normal vannilla mortal, who ended up the arch-nemisis to this 7 foot tall Cyber-psycho named Slake. some really great scenes i've played with him.

Favourite character would be the now-deceased Trollslayer Dargan Blackblood. I played him for damn near 10 years in real time, came so close to dying time and time again but I kept pulling through. He only really got retired because we were laying the campaign to rest. He got a worthy send off.

Warfland Fireforge, migthy dwarven defender lvl. 10 and lvl. 8 figther.... He bested many a foul creature in the name of Clankedin.. With his towershield and dwarven warxe he slay many untill the gruesome night where he was to return from scouting (what lousy fucking group sends the DWARVEN DEFENDER SCOUTING!?!?!?!) and an elite vampire emerged... It was a long and tiresome battle and somewhere out there, the little dwarf is filled hatred for his old group, his sire and the sun...

Skalak. Skalak Toothbite, the Level 12 Fighter/ Level 5 Sorcerer/ Level 10 Green Dragon Disciple Chaotic Evil super Kobold death god.
He was the scariest three foot tall scaly dog-dragon-goblin thing you could ever imagine. He owned a tribe of Kobold Minions, a pet Hydra, ascended to God-dom (Demigod), outlived three parties (Two of whom he betrayed to their death) destroyed a temple of Torm and all the Paladins inside and slew Helm's Avatar.
Eventually, however, Io had him killed for upsetting the Balance...
One day, they'll have to let me play him again... If not I plan to frame the Character Sheet and hang it on my wall.

Having roleplayed for over 23 years I have too many to count but recently my best was Vladimir Thrull, level 34 archtransmuter, former Zulkir of Transmutation of the Thayan empire, creator of the Halruuan sky portal, banisher of gods, mastermind of the Night of Red Terror, discoverer of the plane of mirrors, master cartographer, murderer, betrayer and all round arrogant scum sucking son of a bitch.
And he was one of the good guys...

easy answer... also long answer
Celdar Flamesbane! halfelf pally, made back in Dnd advanced. mutilated ears to be made "more human" didnt know he was halfelf and that he was adopted untill he ate some bad blue mushrooms (damn druids and their tricky ways) demons came brought some truths to light and (if you know about how pallies to blackguards work) lo and behold i was no longer of the holy order. newly deciple of the one eyed demon Celdar began his "purification" of the rest of the party by becoming the archvillan.
after a short campaign Celdar beats his former allies with the help of some ogres (who then submitted to me or were slain) i then began to Systematically burning and defiling the temples of my previous god of worship. ending with the monestary where i was raised by a foster father ( long battle ending with several undead minions and a base of command)
it all ended somewhat badly when Celdar got too powerfull and the campaign had to be dropped dute t the DM and i parting ways for schools.
but that will always be my favorite
Celdar Flamesbane Blackguard
**edit**
also he was my first ^.^

I was never able to get into DnD...i tried once when i was about 11, not thirty minutes into the game, i tried to shove past some barbarian guy and he introduced my face to his axe. I didn't bother asking if there was a way to be brought back, i just gave up.

Decided to post the only picture i have of my boy, Solus, I could post an overview of who he was, but i fear it would sound cliche and earn me much laughter.
<Note: The picture wasn't drawn by me, it was done by a once-dear friend who i have fallen out of touch/favor with. I only colored it with MS Paint, thus the poor quality on the paint-job.>

Mine is my first character, a Chaotic-neutral Human Socereress named Shandeigh... who has a slight impulse control problem. Which has gotten her in serious trouble... she once picked up a cursed sword and got possessed by Asmodeus' daughter. Which my boyfriends character, a cleric that doesn't believe in worshiping the Gods.... banished. But apparently Asmodeus daughter now wants my soul for her own personal plaything... and her father keeps trying to bribe my boyfriends cleric (who doesn't believe in worshiping the Gods) into trading my soul for things. Its made things... interesting... Our DM has a warped sense of humor.

I like that guys style!
Incidentally, I love halfling characters with wisdoms of four. Once gave one of them a pair of evil gloves of amputation (Best artifact ever... "Oh look, magic gloves! I'll just put them... AAAAH! MY HANDS!") And he picked them up, walked up to the rest of the party and used them to do a chicken impersonation. It was a pretty good impersonation actually; He put the glove on his head, made a strangled cluck and then ran around with no head for then minutes.
The best bit was that they were escorting a lost child out of the Kobold caves, and the poor little kid saw it all. It broke his mind and he became a Blackguard villain in another of my campaigns

Mine would be my gnome illusionist Zook Smook.
He started out simple, a travel buddy of a elf rogue. But after many many crazy adventures, this is where he stands.
Only level 6, yet he is the janitor/instructor at a hidden magic school run by a half-dragon. Married to a halfcat woman who demanded sex all the time. Owner of a pet giant iguana that was immune to all spells (but she never listened to him). Addicted to painkillers due to an adventure where his arm was ripped off. Member of a Ska band called Invisible Hope.
And he owned a lovely pair of pink slippers that made his feet warm no matter the what.
My friends and I have very odd adventures...

Yeah, but I like to think he has some nuance. He's a druid because he can see the raw power in nature and animals, and he wants it. He doesn't like it, he doesn't worship it. He just acknolwedges that it is there and seeks to harness it.

My first and favorite was from the Changling game by White Wolf. My character was a teenager with unseen inherant psychic ability. First time out he walked up to an ogre and tried to punch it causing 1 damage with his best hit. Then he decided to try telekinesis with the covered wagons that belonged to the travelers we were saving. He took out ogres left and right with that. Telekinesis was a great hit with the other party members, but he was often beaten or chased by the people he tried to save for breaking their stuff. Never even a thank you.
