In a legal sense, if you have sex with her before she's 18 (and after you're 18) then you can be arrested and charged, although with what depends on the country.

Not that I approve of such behavior but in the sense of facts, did they not change the legal age to 14? Not sure if that applies to the states but I am pretty sure in Canada that is the age limit before it become a legal matter. There might be an issue with parent consent though.

I don't know, I'm a senior in high school, and I think there are some freshman girls that are pretty hot, but that doesn't make me a pedafile. Mostly because though, a lot of the guys I know agree. Oh, you may not think so now but there really is such a thing as love outside of lust. I found it. Made a really good friend who i was really not all that attracted to. Got to know her, fell head over heels and am now suffering the after effects of that. Of course once you fall in love, you deffinatly do find yourself lusting after that person IMO but it can start indipendently.
