Haha thats totally incorrect!

Although we have two official languages does not make every Canadian Bilingual.

I dont know what it is about french but even after 12 years learning french i pretty much forgot everything after I graduated.

Many French Canadians also do not bother to learn english. We are a lazy breed. Often found on the rink or on the porch drinking a beer and/or a rye and coke.

Talk for yourself sweet pea, I am French-Canadian and I speak 3 languages, French, English and LSQ ( French-Canadian sign language) But you are right, with both languages being available in schools and on TV, Canadians in general don't have any excuses for not being bilingual.

Now I am in the States and I plan to learn Spanish... but I miss French...A LOT...
