Maybe there just weren't enough men to go around.
Jonath
I have a suspicion we'll never really see what the fusion was exactly and why there are still some pink-skinned sisters in white robes.
DFlame
I'm sure we'll get an explanation eventually. As for the sisters that didn't change, my guess is that a few were kept the same to stay back with the mother.
Spamsplosion
I still hold to my "Richard is picking a fight" theory. By directly mocking the religion, he is probably hoping to get some reaction out of the Archmage that childish but hilarious antics failed to provoke, thus causing the big reveal and showing Cale the man behind Pella's manipulations.
Jonath
I'm not seeing what Richard gains from exposing the AM. As far as I can see he's on board with the plan to make a Utopia.
DFlame
Yeah, this doesn't seem like a plot to out the archmage to me. It's definitely more like he's the only one willing to say what they are all quite clearly thinking, and the consequences be damned. If he wanted to reveal the archmage, despite having no reason to, he probably would've said something by now.
Jonath
Yeah a much easier way to reveal the Archmage would be to attack him. The Archmage would be forced to transform to defend himself and counterattack.

would he really die though... doesnt seem like a direct attack would actually kill him
Jonath
Probably not. My personal theory is that as a being outside of regular space-time the Archmage can't be killed because if he exists in one time then he exists in all times. Richard could attack him and he might even win but it won't stop the Archmage from coming back again and again until Richard goes insane(er) and gives up.

So, I don't usually post on forums, this is my first on this one, but I just couldn't resist sharing this delightful bit of information. In Koine Greek (or New Testament Greek) the word for "word" is logos, however if accented on the wrong syllable, logos means "rabbit." So, if we take the prologue to the Gospel of John and substitute "rabbit" for "word, we have the following:

In the beginning was the Rabbit, and the Rabbit was with God, and the Rabbit was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being.

Nice, huh?

Just wanted to point out that it's lagos (as in "lagomorph"), not logos for rabbit. One uses alpha, one uses omicron. Actually, that's classical Greek, so you may be right. I know modern Greek is very different from ancient Greek, so please excuse me if I'm wrong.

More like Richard would throw his hands (or what passes for them) up in disgusted surrender after several hundred tries. The ArchBunnyMage would be like a Timex, then: takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

I'm still hung up on how they have that exact rabbit pegged as their god.

He doesn't even have the beard of their main idol. Can they sense the arch-mage in it, or something?

I think the archmage and richard have a "history"
Jonath
Maybe Richard was born when Richard traveled through time and turned the Archmage (him) Stable time loop ftw!

It's a bunny, not only in the vicinity of Richard, but is being cuddled by Richard, and is completely unharmed. It doesn't take magical senses to figure out that's one damned special bunny.
KaosuKishi
Maybe bunnies are simply extremely rare in either their world or the home of the Sisters and Bloodrage to the point of being cosidered mythological? Aside from the one on the first few pages, that was incinerated by Richard, how many have we seen? I doubt our favourite Warlock would miss a chance to incinerate as many cute, cuddly bunnies as possible. Well, before the shrinking incident, anyway... It's just a thought... blink.gif
Rurik
He also killed one in Slaughter your world.
Jonath
My theory is that Bunnies did indeed create the world of LFG, I mean look how many times Bunnies show up in important places.
'Ello Guv'ner
So bunnies are a race of gods that secretly live among the many people of the LFG world and manipulate it, is that what your saying? Cause i could get behind that theory...
Jonath
Sure. They're keeping tabs on Richard because of his history of Bunny violence.
'Ello Guv'ner
so how did richard kill one if they're gods? unless thats just their avatars in the world and for every bunnie there is a god on a nother plain or something, but i think the sisters can just feel the archbunnie's magic
Jonath
Richard killed a probe. And in so doing he sealed his fate.
