I have a benny costume already (needs to be tweeked a bit to make it perfect)...But i'm thinking of doing Vraay. But i don't know if anyone would really know who she is or care since she isn't in the comic all that much.

What do you guys think?

I've seen your picture and I've got to say you've definetly got Vraay's figure more than you have Benny's figure. Also there's lots of references for how to apply blue paint to your body.

Would work better if we had a picture of you. Barring that, and assuming you have both costumes: whichever fits you better and is better made and/or is more comfortable to wear.

I vote for other, female Richard.

Female Richard would be the same as Richard though, not very creative.

No less creative than dressing up as any other pre-existing character unless you're doing something to alter the costume, like doing a World War II era version of the character or something.

I guess what I meant to say is that it would be rather unoriginal to dress up as Richard, everyone dresses as Richard.

I like Benny as a character better than Vraay personally but i'd have to say go with Vraay. Not only would you be warmer but you would not need to cut off two of your fingers.
Then again, if the Vraay costume is not finished then go with Benny. I am sorry if i'm confusing.

It depends on which Benny costume you do. Her normal attire can be a little.... lacking

There are rare cases of hot undead, (Sylvanas Windrunner and the classical Brides of Dracula) and Richard's costume could be edited and trimmed to make a very sexy harem ghoul (no pun intended) outfit.
