Well, after two years of slowly making my Benny cosplay I finally finished it. I really wanted to beat everyone to it and do it first, but I've since found two others after starting it oh so long ago. Ah well, at least I finished! The funnest/not funnest part was the body paint. xP

Wow! That's impressive...and I'm hard to impress. XD Love the body paint. I've seen people try body paint before, and it never looks as smooth or uniform as yours. The wig is sweet too.

nice!...i've always wanted to do that as well (since i lack the skill, i'll just ogle everyone else and be all jealous)...i must admit my favorite pic is the one with the bull in the background hehe...

Oh, I wish I had the means to do a costume like that. Unfortunately, I lack the skill or the willpower to put so much dag gum time into it.

That, and if I dressed up like Benny, there are members of my family who would start to worry about me, what with bein' a guy and all.

Seriously though, not too many cosplay options for a man of my stature in LFG.

Yeeaah, I don't think a guy would make a very good Benny all things considered, haha~

Pfft, just go as who you want! I really don't have the body to pull off Benny but I did it anyways cause' I love her~

Not tall or skinny enough to be Cale or Richard. Much too small for Krunch. If anything, I'd need to look through the villains or secondary characters. Maybe Aelloon or the Half-troll leader.

Very impressive, it heartens me to see people dress up as the characters. And trying to be as gentlemanly as possible saying this, but you have the body for Benny that I must compliment on. Which adds to the WoW factor that you are able to fit everything, even the gravity defying shoulder-pads. I hope to see more from you and from others supporting the LFG characters in form of cos play.

Aww, thank you very much~ I guess procrastinating with the costume gave me a chance to go to the gym longer before I wore it A friend of mine wants to cosplay as Captain Vraay, but she isn't into cosplay as much as I am. I'm hopeing she'll eventually do it so we can get photos together~

Does Sohmer even check the forums? I really doubt he'd see it otherwise..

Body tape. Has to be.

Double sided body tape, a clear strap going across where the opening is in the front and boning in the shirt.

Wow... stunning. Thats a lovely costume, And i do not know where you went to take the pics but the scenery is just beautiful.

And Bonus Points for Benny + Bull statue.

And are your eyes red??? I tried the catseyes contacts for a bit but non disposable contacts bugger my eyes something fierce.

No my eyes weren't red, they're quite blue~ I don't have enough money for green contacts otherwise I would have got them!

Word of caution...NEVER pair up with a Richard because you will get NO attention.,...trust me . I let my Bf cosplay richard thinking this would be great fun....People didn't even NOTICE me half the time....And I'm standing next to him with a MASSIVE staff!

There seems to be little love for benny if richard is close by......

Although...your costume is seriously epic...so maybe they will notice you more.

Unfortuantly I have no one to cosplay with me from LFG, although last year at C4 someone cosplayed as a very well done Richard. I wish someone would cosplay with me D: It would be fun to have a group even if people didn't notice me that much! It'd make for great photos~

It's the same reason that Star Wars cosplayers totally hate anyone with a Boba Fett costume.

SO how did you do the body paint? is it just liquid stuff sponged on over and over, or sprayed, or is it a thicker mixture? I could never get the paint to look right...it was always all over the place and never even.

My friend has an airbrush and we used that with Ben Nye Liquid Paints~ Then we sealed it when the same brand of sealer :3

Please tell me you chose the brand just because of the Ironic naming.

This is one of the only reasons I have the urge to go to a convention. Just need to find the time and money.
