Well, except the whole "enjoy your new prison" comment. The sons seem happy about this (and were fearful it wouldn't happen). She seems to think that it's a bum deal and doesn't seem to care if the ones closest hear her comments about it.

A large group of males that were exiled from a large group of females, and the males seem happy that they're back. Fusion is a mass marriage, maybe?

I think when she said "enjoy your new prison" she meant "enjoy being part of this crap again" as Tah'Vraay has shown very little inclination to join the sisters.

That's a pretty good idea, a mass marriage. Perhaps to combine their power to create something much stronger? The "Enjoy your new prison" comment could be a snide comment about the bindings of marriage being "prison-like." Perhaps our dear Captain doesn't like the idea of marriage?

Is it just me... Or is it ODD that what we've see of the Sisters are pink skinned like Cale but the 'Matron' and her daughter and all the Sons we've seen so far are blue skinned? Why are the males blue and the females pink? Is that just something about their race? If so, why are the Matron and her daughter (daughter not Daughter) blue? What the heck is going on here?

Well i personally think it wont end good for them. They probably gone end up sacrificed for something or enslaved by sister do there bidding. Since this fusion and welcome to u new prison lines combined wont bring any good for them. In my head there are now 2 options 1. sacrifice them to gain more power. 2 .Use there souls to power up some hidden golems .In both variants they die . I really don't want this to happen(so much trouble to just kill them) hope for something more happy like marriage or they would power up them to paladins or something and keep theres free will.

That "new prison" comment, hmm... I can't help but wonder if she actually means "welcome back to Society, Rules And Restrictions Apply". She seems a bit of an anti-authoritarian figure, si...

Not sure what to make of this page, it seems kind of.... fillery. Still we get some great Tah'vraay expressions and we see the Son's relationship to the sisters a little more. And yeah I think that I'd rather live in a Matriarchal society than in one without women.

Obviously they are colour coded for your convenience - males in blue and females in pink. The 'Matron' and 'her' 'daughter' are just flaming transvestites.

Just because plot advancement is not immediately apparent doesn't mean it won't materialize. There is no advancement because there are no questions answered... but there seems to be a lot of them put forward... this would seem to be a set up for plot advancement.

Plus, any page with out favourite blue captain in it is ok by me.

Perhaps the reason that the sisters are pink...is because they've not known a male (brother) and/or experienced 'fusion' or whatnot, before? Hmm, colour-coded for YOUR convenience of course...

The one in the background of the first panel holding the shield looks more like cale to me...

For some reason, this made me think of the new (and I think now discontinued) Mountain Dew drinks. ^^;

I guess the "new prison"-comment just relates to Vraay being a carefree pirate, that would never work "under" someone, not even her own mother.

Tah'vraay probably became an outlaw to escape the oppressive rules of the Sisterhood and her mother. So yeah to her being there is like imprisonment. I'm hoping whatever the fusion is that it will be in the next strip. Please no plot freeze.

Tah'vraay is one hellova Pessimist, ain't she? At least, the mother will keep her word, though what exactly does the fusion mean? I guess we'll find out, hopefully soon, right?

It's really saying something about how much she hates being there that she calls it prison having actually been to prison before.

The good captain is "full of win", as someone put it, but I feel sorry for her. Her mother is the leader of some obscure, powerful cult, and Tah'vraay might well have been groomed to take the matron's place. Lots of expectations and political maneuvering is what I see. No wonder she prefers larceny on the high seas to family reunions.

Did anyone else notice that Tah'vraay's sword seems to have disappeared in the last panel?

On a side note, I think the floating magic-user in the last panel is showing off.

Yeah big show offs those elves, maybe if they had done less levitating and more teleporting they might have reached the battle in time to save the day.

... that is an odd image. I'm sort of picturing some bizarre spoon thing with a blue face on the end flying at her grinning open mouth. Sort of like the way that Son is flying in the last panel.
