First and foremost, he insults a woman who had JUST won an award. A music video award, no less! All of a frickin' sudden, he had to crush her dreams and joy and everything she was feeling. I admit, I enjoy hearing SOME of Taylor Swift's music, and I admit, too, that I enjoyed a few of her videos... but that temporary enjoyment was a moment of weakness for me when I feel down... but anywho... this guy simply doesn't enjoy anything different. Must be black, must be rap/hip-hop/pop/whatever, must be flashy-and-fuckin'-generic-shit... Seriously, who here is tired of the same old music about how good life is when you're above everyone else? Seriously? Yea, I eat people like that for breakfast, shit them out at lunch, and have my dog eat it for dinner... who then vomits when she realizes it's shit on a golden platter of shit... yes, that's how terrible his music is. It reeks to high heaven... and so does every other bits of music of today in those genre. Same with the emo shit, too... but that has nothing to do with this rant. I simply couldn't believe that people are so stupid and uncaring to sink any lower. Does he REALLY think he was doing her a favor by criticizing her music and her videos? Better have himself say it rather than some other bloke like Simon?! Hell! Simon would've given her the reward she deserved. Beyonce isn't all that, and neither is that shit-stained Kanye who believes that WE need a voice? Seriously, do we, Generation X (I laugh at this simply because it's a pathetic excuse society name us), really need a voice? Hell no. If someone does something like that? Secondly, his music simply sucks because it is as generic as it could ever be. Though I am glad he doesn't play that emo-shit 24-fuckin'-7, I still despise the fact that he sings about the goddamned obvious and of his own experiences. Why not sing about the experience of others? Oh... right... yea... his diet only consists of: shit, narcissism, and a large glass of egomania. I'm sick of people telling me "did you hear Kanye's new song? It rocks my soxorz!" (that's pretty much sums up what they really say...) and my response to that is "yes. I have. It sucks. The beat is terrible, and I know I've heard it before, and the lyrics are just shit. Oh, and those whale noises? Yea, they have nothing to do with the damn song." It's true. To the very marrow of the bone, that's as true as I'm ever going to get. All Kanye west does is play with sounds and old music, and perhaps makes a few original beats here and there. But all he's doing is playing with sounds and words, hoping to make a masterpiece. His music isn't that great. Not one bit. I mean, I listen to rap/hip-hop/pop and whatnot every once in a while, but I can't stand the sound of Kanye's music, let alone his voice. It makes me want to do harmful things to people. VERY harmful things. That is how much he annoys me, even just his name...
