On page 185, the character named Rojave calls Benny halfbreed, what does he means by that?
Is she half human and half troll ?

Richard calls her "Female of Unknown Pedigree", so she's a Fup at the moment.

Im actually reading trough comic the second time, always miss something on the first time. So i just noticed.

I think she is a Half-Orc Half-Something...preety much like Garona on Warcraft.

The pedigree that I liked was Half-Elf and the other half being either orc or troll. We haven't seen any orcs and the trolls we've seen have been half-breeds.

As of yet, Benny is the only breed we've seen with so few fingers on each hand, I believe, except maybe the Bloodrage, but don't hold me to that one.

Well, dont think she is an orc, becouse of her hands, they have 3 fingers like a troll. But her since her skin is green it might be half orc - troll? However there are loads of green trolls in Warcraft aswell.
Orcs would have been more bulky builded aswell. More physical strength than mentaly.

I thought it was obvious, she's the child of Kermit and Sweetums.

Coincidentally, the page proves it. Notice how pissed she gets at someone making a crack about her father Kermit?

I thought she was half human half troll because she's not as tall as a troll would normally be and she has more of a human face than troll one.

I thought it was pretty obvious that she was most likely Troll and Night Elf mix. She's got the features of a troll woman, including the hands and feet, and the hair style, and she's got the markings of a Night Elf.

Personally, I think Rojave doesnt know what breed she is either. I think that he, just like us, thinks she is some kind of half breed, but he doesn´t know for sure. Maybe she belongs to a long dead and long forgotten race that existed long before both humans and trolls.

Dude....her dad is the grey bull guy (see page 270 and 254), and her uncle is the brown bull guy. I don't have any idea what made her green. Orc? Troll????? Proof.....1, she is hugging the bull guy. 2, she has 3 fingers like the grey bull guy. 3, She has the same dark skin around the eyes like he does. ^-^

Read the comic more carefully, and you'l notice that she's his adopted daughter. She's not biologically related to the Bloodrage.

I'd also like to point out that when you cross two species, you don't necessarily get an even mix of their traits. If you have ever bred dogs or cats or know someone who has, you'll probably know what I mean. You don't always get what you expect from a pairing. Sometimes a trait you'd expect to show up won't, and sometimes you'll get a trait that neither species seems to show in the purebreeds. For instance, the pointy ears doesn't necessarily mean she has elf in her (although I think she does). Nor do the three fingers mean she has Bloodrage in there somewhere.

Until we hear more from Sohlar about her origins, we'll never know. Speculation, while fun, is pretty much useless at this point. I do think she's got at least some elf in her and some orc, personally.

on the subject of her fingers, ears, and eye patches its possible that those are all birth defects resulting from the fact that her parents weren't totally compatible, like how some Lygers (half lions and tigers) are born without a growth inhibitor and grow to huge sizes they normally wouldn't reach. just thinking
as to what her parents were we have to assume one of them was a troll (or half troll) and the other was either human or one of Tah'Vray's (sp?) people since both of those can be found in the dungeon she was born in.

So the conclusion might go to that is she is half human and the other half is from an unknown race , since her mother most likely been pregnant before she got to dungeon. Dont realy think she was "made" there.

I don't know. What else can you do in your down time in a dungeon? That's why most cells aren't supposed to be co-ed. It's going to happen, but keeping the sexes apart just prevents the pregnancy inducing sex.

Yeah, I cant wait till there comes more of the comic, realy love it.

I pointed it out at the time, but did anyone notice another green guy in the second from the last panel? Same fang sticking out and the same two-fingered hand. Whatever Benny is, I doubt she's the only one.

I have read others posts claiming there are night elves in this comic.... i have seen none, and really don't care to see them. The world of LFG seems to be its own completely, not really focusing on a singular theme.
Benny is a favorite character and I would have to say she is most likely a mix between Orc and Human. Her average build would be due to her Human half, while her Orc half would be her green skin, hands, feet, fingers, hair, and of course ears. Elves do not hold the exclusive right to have the ears of pointy-ness, long live the green skins!

Orcs don't really have a lot of the traits that her non-human half (assuming she's even half human) you listed. If you even try to assign her a WoW based race classification then its clear her features were based off trolls from that setting.

Ya know, I was gonna try and give my version of answer to all of this stuff in the Fanfic board before a total lack of interest caused me to withdraw. Of course, that was only after I'd gone through all the preparatory measures of coming up with the story.

Hey, it's possible that Benny may not even know. Regardless, she's a totally kick-ass . .. . whatever? . . .

The writers may not ever let us know, either, thus allowing Benny to join Yoda as an unidentiviable species.

well page 48 shows several races, though i believe she is half blue elf, and half troll/orc or w/e that guy in the hammock with two fingers showing. That's my 2c...

I've mentioned several times in connection to the half-trolls we've seen that the problem is the number of fingers. Those half-trolls all have 3 fingers on each hands while Benny has 2. That, combined with her much lighter skin tone, leads me to believe she isn't just a half-troll. I'm growing fond of the dark elf/troll parentage theory, though.

They are going to show you what Benny is just like they're going to show Richard's past. So we should just wait but lets keep guessing it's fun and a cool waist of time till the next page of the comic.

Actually while we may eventually learn of Richard's origins (should the movie ever come out) we may never learn what Benny is. Sometimes writers like to leave things in the dark because its more fun that way. A good example is the Twins from the show Superjail! The writers have outright said that "what ever you think the Twins are, you're wrong" Benny may be that way.
