Good question!
I'd be interested to see a list of all his powers however to keep people occupied and intersted in this story I bet the creators made his powers unlimited.

While we're on the subject, how about the ability to kill a bear without his arms, which he's stated he needs for his magic.
So not only did he fight off a bear without magic or his finely honed (re: stolen) karate chop skills and remove the arms once it was dead. He did it all with his feet. Now
that's one hell of a power.

How many karate masters do you know without arms? I'm willing to bet that it's a very small number.

I'm still not convinced that Felbunny is the Arch-Mage. I find it more likely that Felbunny is more of a dimensional anchor allowing him to watch the party.

Although that sounds plausible im pretty sure richard had a conversation with him.. that plus he transformed into the archmage!
Rurik
Aug 10 2009, 09:04 AM
Correction, it's possible he transformed, we never saw a panel with the Arch-Mage solid and Felbunny absent, we saw an insubstantial Arch-Mage with Felbunny still visible, which to me looks more like a projection of the Arch-Mage. Richard only ever said that he's known all along, but he never stated what it was he knew.

As stated, you can still see Felbunny in the one panel that shows the insubstantial Arch-Mage, and Richard never says he knows that Felbunny is the Arch-Mage, for all we know, he's saying he knows the Felbunny is a dimensional anchor, being used to scry on Richard and the party. From what little information we've been given, it supports both hypotheses equally. Until we see either Richard, the Arch-Mage, or possibly Pella who is working for the Arch-Mage, either possibility is equally valid.

That proves he's capable of transformation, not that he is currently transformed. That is assuming of course, that he was transformed and not under the effects of an illusion.

Perhaps Richard is some kind of Son in the long line of Necromancer/Fwoosh Shooting/Hawt Dwarfe Nailing/Super Badasses? Of course, he'd be the last of that line, considering he's dead.
Actually, are we 100% sure he's really dead? Couldn't he just be really, really, REALLY endurable?

*Cracks the case open again*
The conundrum in that is if Richard can do anything, he can heat a burrito past a temperature even he could eat. Of course he would find a way, but then the universe would implode. What's the fun in that if he enjoys savoring his kills?
Ronin Drake
Aug 13 2009, 08:24 PM
No, you don't get it. If he can do anything, then it doesn't matter what the temperature of the burrito is. He would be able to eat it.
If there is a temperature at which he is not able to eat the burrito, then that implies a limitation on his powers and abilities, which I'm sure most around here would argue simply do not exist.
XenoD
Aug 13 2009, 10:35 PM
Ah ha ah ha! But, by you saying Richard has Omni-Potent powers, you are also implying that he can do anything, so in fact he could heat a burrito to a temperature that even he himself could not eat it. But that would also imply that Richard has limitations, thus striking the Omni-Potency from his list of powers.
