This will be my last post for a little while, as we shortly leave for San Diego to attend the mother of all conventions, San Diego Comic Con.

In addition to Lar and myself, we’ll have plenty of merchandise on hand including books (Volume 1 and 2 in Hardcover), blankets, shirts (new ones as well), hoodies (Richard Costume Hoodies!), key chains, plushies and of course a new convention poster. As in previous years, we will be at Booth #1435, listed under ‘Blind Ferret Entertainment’.

If you’d like to stop by and see us, but are unsure as to the proper protocols involved with such a feat, we happened to create an instructional video last year that is still valid:



We would love to see you there, and we’re happy to sell, sign or chat whatever you’re up for. Also as usual, Lar will be taking commissions.

I know this is the point where I usually mention my need for my favorite beverage in the entire world, but I promised myself I wouldn’t be blatant about it.

As much as I would like to go to the convention, alas i cannot. But if I ever do I'll make sure to bring Sohmer his redbull, otherwise I may not survive that convention. But for those going, have a good time.

Sooo totally was looking forward to seeing you guys this year. I've been a follower of LFG way back when it began, but only recently opened up to talking on the internets. (im a loser i know...) Anyways, the 23rd is my B-day and was gonna go spend some time at Comic-Con for it. But my friend who I was going with dropped out on me, and I can't afford to go on my own. (cries) So I will lift a red bull in your name on that day to hopefully see you next year. Have fun!

One is for you, to make sure you don't pass out when you're geeking out over the latest gaming creation and the rest is for Sohmer... lest you find an imprint of his new wedding ring on your forehead.

Whats the average price range on Lar's Commissions? Just curious.

Three hundred, plus the cost of food, water, living expenses, protection insurance (mostly from his cohort), life insurance, broker's fees and attorney's fees (for when you tackle him after seeing the booth from across the room and he ends up with whiplash). You can do the math from there.

My room mate is at Comicon. I could probably send her to pester you guys but she'd likely end up being all neobish about it and bringing some off brand energy drink, or my husbands brand, Monster (Assult). She invited me, but unfortunately I was unable to escape from the indentured servitude that people call the travel service industry. Something about all this warm weather and lack of school has the tourists out in force.

How badly would you kill someone who brought you a generic energy drink, as opposed to the wing giving nectar of the bulls?

Con was great and it made my event to see you two there. The story about the mother in the mexican restaurant was priceless...those who were present will understand. I may not eat the salsa for a while..*shiver*. Hope you get back home and recoop for next year!!

Got to see both Lar and Sohmer on Saturday. Gave Sohmer a 4 pack of redbull and got Lar some Jelly Bellies. I was so excited. I bought a blanket and got my husband a new shirt. They were making fun of the one he had on. It was a LFG shirt but it was kinda faded from much use. lol.
