While I hate getting sentimental in a place meant for fun, I do feel that I have something to share.
You might not guess it of me at first, but I'm actually determined to join the military at some point (the Air Guard seems to be my best bet right now). My grandfather spent four years in the Pacific during WWII. My uncle was frontline infantry in Vietnam. My mom served a couple months in the Persian Gulf. And my cousin is being deployed for his second tour in Iraq shortly. So I'm a very patriotic person, it's in my blood.
So naturally I love war movies. My favorite movie of all time is Spielburg's masterpiece Saving Private Ryan. The ending scene is the only time that a movie has ever made me cry. The combination of the message, live a life worthy of the sacrifices made for you and your family, combined with the flag and the music at the end gets me every single time.
