Who do you think the strongest char in LFG is, next to Richard of course (so please in this discussion choose someone other than him). It is time for someone else to shine of for a bit. You are now free to discuss.

That's a hard one, because really every member has a crucial part in the team. I don't think I could even choose Richard as the "strongest." Just because he has the most bodies trailing behind him doesn't make him in the strongest. I mean, the one guy (I feel horrible... his is the name I always forget >.< Krunch or something right?) tackled a dragon the first time we met him! Sooba is amazing. Benny may seem weak but the first time we met her she just beat up half the contents of a bar and look at the amazing thing her staff can do! It becomes a mace. Plus she's the healer. Cale is great as well and makes a really strong leader now.

Pella, however, probably takes the cake for me. Not only can she sing, but she can fight. She can hold her own against Richard. She is strongly loyal. A fierce protector and friend. Plus she's hot so what's not to love ?

Cale in crazy mode... hands down.

My personal vote has to go to Krunch. How many people do you know that can just causally tackle a Dragon like it was nothing.

Define what you mean by strongest... do you mean physically strongest, or do you mean strongest in the sense of "character depth" or battle prowess?

Physically...Krunch (as stated, he tackled a dragon).

Character Depth...I'd have to go with Cale, given what's been put into developing him.

Battle Prowess...tough call, either Krunch (after his father was killed) or Cale (when he's in "let's throw down" mood)

Firstly, i would like to make thuroughly clear that Richard is, and always will be, the strongest person in the LFG universe. He has the power of Gods, and many in the LFG universe constantly comment on his immesurable power, so, HE is the most powerful charecter in the universe.

Now, besides him, power-wise, its gotta A.M. He can time travel, who knows what else he can do, he is the only person who could even make Richard raise an eyebrow power-wise.

Cale in kick-ass mode......kicks ass. of corse all the characters can put on a serious beat down when you get down too it

I like characters with versitility, I suppose. So that really is Benny (cleric and kick ass), Krunch (scholar and kickass), and Pella (bard and kickass). I mean, really. Richard? Funny and kick ass XD

Cale is just... nobel and kick ass? I dunno, it doesn't work the same as the others. I like him a lot, especially recently, but I think his strength is in personality not so much his fighting prowess.

Although Cale can pwn when it comes down to him being in a rage for some reason or when his friends need to be protected, that is where Cale's battle strength comes from.

Cale seems like something of a sleeping giant: you know he's strong, but you don't realise just how strong until you threaten his friends or allies. Once you piss him off, all you can do is hope your affairs are in order (for example, how he basically single-handedly dispatched the dwarves <#243>).

I forgot about that fight... How careless of me. Yes, that one and the two fights he got into in the city trying to get the captain. First agains the thieves and murderers and then against the guards were also signs of his kick assery.

I still think Cale's true strength is in his personality than in his actual fighting prowess. He's certainly become a better fighter and has always been very capable... but he doesn't prefer the fighting. He'd much rather solve things a different way and that almost always comes through in the way he fights, kind of slackening the kick assery in my opinion. I still enjoy him as a character but he still doesn't seem like the strongest to me...

Having said all that I suppose it was Pella that threw down her weapons and refused to fight her own kin XD

Indeed, I can't quite convince myself that he's the strongest in a combat sense, either. Perhaps as an all-around well rounded character, but still not the most "bad ass". My initial gut reaction was to go with Krunch next, but I'm still not convinced. While tackling a dragon is possibly the single most bad ass moment in the series, it's also one of only a handful of moments Krunch has had that truly stood out (beyond being a huge Tauren with a gigantic hammer). After that is Pella; again, however, she has been in the background a bit too much to really shine. Who does that leave? Benny has the misfortune of being the healer, limiting her "glory moments". I refuse to include the archmage on some of the same grounds that Richard was disqualified (he's a being of untold power, capable of much more than any of the non-Richard party members).

I think the answer, really, is that each of these characters has their little moment in the sun. Certainly, Cale gets the majority of the spotlight (next to Richard), but Pella, Benny, and Krunch each get to show off from time to time. They each have their own flair (Cale's sword/archery mastery, Krunch's brute force, Pella's rough'n'tumble style, and Benny's occasional bar romp), making it hard to clearly define the "strongest" character.

Cale is like the Drizzt of this series and no-one can beat Drizzt......no matter who you are.......especially if he goes Hunter

Drizzt is more amazing because of his personality again. The Hunter was not the way he wanted to be. He wants to save lives, not take them. It's the same for Cale. The only reason Drizzt killed as much as he did was because his life was still precious to him... and it was the only way to stay alive. Cale has rarely been forced to fight so much and is always seeming to look for a way to get out of it.

I'm going for Ray'd. He's always been a better fighter then Krunch (being "the warrior" and stuff), and I doubt that his new mecha-arm made him any weaker, I'd rather think the opposite...

Come to think of it the bunny is pretty strong...........
maybe that's only because he has Richard to protect him though.

i personally think all of the char that were stated above are all equilly 'strong' but the strongest char is........*drum roll*................... the enginer he did get thrown through a wall by krunch's dad and he survived the large battel witch is hard for some-one that small that shows true strangth the will to live and he's got it

Physically strong, I'd say it's a tie between Krunch, Ray'd, and Richard. We've seen all of them do horrible, terrible things to people, which usually end up in said person littering the area around the group.

Group-wise, Benny I think. I mean she is a cleric who has the strength and rage of a minotaur, so she can rip your arm off, beat you to death with it, then bring you back so she can do it again. That and she's pretty damn good looking.
