So, Dragon is thinking of writing a "what if?" story taking place in the future, following Cale and Rin's teenage son and daughter.
Some of you might go "wait a minute! NO! NO NO NO NO NO!" at the very IDEA, so I wanted to check with you and see what you all thought before I got too far into the idea. =3

The son would look kinda like Cale, but with black hair (yeah I know, genetically impossible. He dyes it, okay?! DX) and freckles. He'd be training as a warlock from his "uncle" Richard.

On the other hand, the older daughter would be more like Rin but with hair like her father (poofy and long) and she'd be ... err... at this point she's not too far into character development but at the point she's a vampire hunter.


So yeah. I get the feeling I'll get either "THAT'S AN AWESOME IDEA" or "NO! NO NO NO! HORRIBLE IDEA!"




Side note. At this point the boy's too cool to throw away so if this story idea is scrapped, the boy character will get to be Tavor's kid sidekick and look similar to Cale through pure coincidence. =P

Unfortunately for you dragon I am disturbed greatly by the idea of Cale having kids....very much disturbed. But if you wrote it I would probably be unable to resist reading it...so I guess. But my vote is no.

I for one, am shocked that I got used to the idea. O.o

It freaked me out quite a bit at first too.
But the more I worked on the character, the more I realised he could be Cale's son. XD XD XD
And finally I was like, screw it. I'll ask the readers.

So there's the guy. Yeah, I know, he looks a bit evil.
He's got Richard for an uncle/teacher. What do you expect?

Of course, if you vote this idea out, he'll get a minor outfit swap and get moved to another time.

I put "No," only because I really dont like fanfics like this. :\

Ive always preferred reading about things that could actually happen, with characters that are known to actually exist in the comic world. I don't even read the kinds of fanfics that don't follow those guidelines, as I find them annoying and difficult to get into.

Im not trying to flame anyone, Ive always been like this and it's just my opinion. I've been dieing to state it ever since this fanfic trend began anyway. Sorry if this sparked any rage.

Yeah, of course I would read it! It sounds awesome! Really!!! Id read anything with Richard in it (and Richard is gonna be his teacher, right?) And I also actually think the story could hold!!!

I think it would be awesome. And I want to see some of the things Richard teaches him.

Well it's been pretty much decided then. But I have to come up with a plot. XD XD XD

Anyway the kids have names now, and theme songs!
The boy is (First name to be revealed in story!) "Blaze" Vatay. He's 16 (my stories assume that elves age at the same rate as humans. For simplicity's sake).
The girl is Violet "Vivi" Vatay. She's 19.

I like the name Violet. Violet is actually the name of one of my OC's from another fic I am working on unrelated to LFG
