I halfway know what you mean. I may only be 18, but I still am saddened by how little modern gamers care about the atari 2600, the commodore 64, and the high-tech 8-bit NES.

XP Cruefest is headlining Motley Crue, Theory of a Deadman, Drowning Pool, Godsmack, and Charm City Devils. Not boring. And in my town, concerts tend to get pretty damn hot considering the venue they always play. If it's anything like Ozfest-most likely minus the second stage for now-then it will be awesome. And I just realized that I'm now old enough to get into the Icehouse.

lol my first time in the pit I was wearing 5' heeled boots. My hair is fairly long and with people constantly falling over or falling down, they liked using my hair as a hand hold. At least with my heels, I had a deterrent for "overly friendly" people. Seriously, if I want you to feel me up in the pit I'll let you know otherwise you get a heel through your foot.

Interesting concept though, better off just doing 3AM tent raids & claiming you're the security doing wallet checks, works at Download, funnily enough.

Heh, should be fun. 30 of us booked Megazone from 7 - 10PM on a Saturday night. The saddest part? We walk past all the Nightclubs to get to Megazone from the Bus stop, so it looks as if we have notihng better to do with our lives...

Gonna be a fun night though.

I wouldn't say groping is due to lack of skills, more down to how many people probably talk via 'text talk' missing half the letters in words, alongside spending far too long in bars & nightclubs & expecting a concert to be the same. That & it's just how society seems to be turning out these days; and here's where I could generalise about people having drunken sex, but then I'd probably go & insult someone without meaning to & stir up the hornets nest, of course I could still do it anyway just because of the sheer number of people I know that do it but meh...

How difficult can it possibly be to strike up a conversation? If you get her number, great, if not, at least you got a conversation out of it, maybe some Interest, I don't know.

Excited? I take it you got your tickets for the Festival then?

I'm not so bad thanks, job apps are in and I just finished school for 2 weeks so yeah.. now I can talk o myself during the day too!

Yep, heading down right after work. I'll miss some of it because it starts at 2 and I don't even leave work until 3:30, not to mention the 3 hour drive, but it'll be worth all the trouble just to see Disturbed and Lacuna Coil.
