I can't say I've Inherited anything from my family due to bloodlines... oh well, I might find something more interesting out in life? That should be fun to discover.

Hey Giggle, I'm shattered - no sleep in 3 days does that to you I suppose, yourself?

Lack of sleep aside, I'm not all that bad, a ton of my University Perspectuses' arrived today, but all the awesome ones for History AND teaching want AAA or AAB =\ So unless I work my socks off, donate a shit-load & probably sleep with the Dean + Examiners, I don't stand a chance of getting in.

I'm not sure if I have natural defenses against caffeine or if I've just built up resistance to it, but I need about 5 cups to start getting anywhere near jittery, and that's 5 cups in the course of a half hour.

Working at a coffe/dessert/theatre does that to you I guess.

But I also have a damn good immune system. I can mingle with sick people like crazy, share drinks, whatever, and diseases just bounce off me. My girlfriend was completely knocked out with a cold, I risked it, and I got a slight tickle in my throat for a morning. That was the extent of my catching it.

It's fine as long as you remember to control yourself and take it slow. I may hang around people who smoke, but I won't touch a cigarrette myself. Alcohol I usually drink a little slower and constantly remind myself to stop before I go too far

@Veni: I've found that I actually do need sleep, that coffee is my best friend, and that I really need to move to my own place seeing as privacy is almost non-existent for me anymore...stupid people with no lives listening at doors dry.gif

@Bae: Sounds like you've built up your tolerance. I used to be like that. Stopped drinking it for over a year and now it gets me pretty wired

And cool, I got a electric m14 and a gas 1911,

Need to pick up springs and a gearbox for the m14 though, it's underpowered.

My 1911 can put a plastic bb into a cinderblock wall, nice big hole torn in it XD.

... No, it really isn't. Sadly, if I ever want to bore 11 - 14 year olds to death being a History teacher, I need to get 3 A's at A Level. I don't stand a snowball in hells chance during the middle of summer in the sahara, but hey... it's worth a shot.

You don't, I can teach Primary kids with any 3 A Levels.

To teach Secondary students you need an A level in the subject (History) and you need 3 A Levels to actually to get into Uni. So with my other 2 being Biology & Chemistry, I could technically teach all 3, but History is my strong point, so I thought...

Level 2 / 5 on my first exam made me cry, and even die a little inside =\.

How in hell am I supposed to solve a gigantic formula when nobody fucking taught me how to do percentiles/etc.?! I mean, it's like building a pyramid, you know? Unlike most things I learn, where I just skim my way through the beginner stuff and improvise the advanced stuff, you can't set the top brick on top of pudding, bake it, shape it a bit and call it done when it comes to mathematics.

Edit: And I mean with anything. Hell, like Veni just pointed out, you have to have some 3 As in order to get into Uni or whatever. Why can't you just specialize and get it over with? Who the fuck cares if someone learning about, say... tea making... knows anything about social studies?!
