So much talk of death......I only have one grandfather left and still have my grandmothers.
My grandad passed due to multiple illnesses and my grandpa John lung cancer

I'm not sure what the whole deal is but he left my mom's mother for another woman at some point after they had kids and I'm not sure my grandmother ever forgave him for that. And I don't know how this impacted my mom and her sisters because she has never ever talked about it. It was only after awhile that I figured out that they (my grandparents) were separated; though I don't know if they got a divorce or not.
Oh well. Not sure why I'm spilling this out for but I think it's better not really to talk about it with my mom.
Anywho, what y'all doing anyway?

Could be. Also, I tend to get a bit depressed when I'm tired, and I haven't been sleeping well lately.

Do you exercise at all? How are your eating habits?
If those things are regulated normally, then you shouldn't be having too much trouble with sleeping.
I've been having trouble sleeping lately as well. It's mainly because I probably don't eat exactly on steady meal times or eat mostly healthy food. It's not that I love to eat junk food (which I don't normally) but eating right with the exercise and getting good night's rest all are connected obviously.
