As I recover from an allergy test I had this morning (my forearm looks like it was attacked by angry, angry bees), I’m told there are two items of business of which you should be made aware.

Regarding the Square Enix contest we ran last week, we thank all of you who participated. The winner of said competiton is RollingBox with the entry “Best exp was when my brother in law stood in front of the tv while I was playing KHII; so I punched him in the knee.”

To claim your prize, please send off a note to becker@blindferret.com.

And the other item for today, is that I’m pleased to let you know a new LFG Gamer Tag Pack is available now on Xbox live marketplace, listed under Blind Ferret Entertainment.

That’s it for the moment, but please do remember that both Lar and I will be at the Webcomics Weekend in Northampton, MA this weekend, and would love to see you there.

- Because I Can.

He shoulda punched him in the feet.

I've gotten to do that test twice. First time back and then the forearm. On the plus side I got to come up with many different stories about the marks. I think I may have crossed a line with the weedwhacker though...

Question. Isn't the Comic Weekend in Easthampton , not Northhampton .

As a native from Chicopee, MA you should know there is a large difference smile.gif

Pretty sure it's in NoHo, judging by the website: http://www.webcomicsweekend.com/how-to-get-there/

Now I wish I were still at MHC!

What are you allergic of? Kinda curious, since I have 90% of the allergies out there.

And tbh, he should've hit his knee with a metallic pole. Or sent raccoons with lightsabers on fire.

The first-ever Webcomics Weekend will take place in New England's Pioneer Valley in western Massachusetts. Our default "home base" is at the Eastworks building in Easthampton, MA. It's a factory-turned-artist-mecca where fine upstanding businesses like Dumbrella, Topatoco, and Octopus Pie are conducted.

Yes, the "Exit" to get there is the Northampton exit, but the location appears to be in Easthampten.

Just to confirm...

We were in Easthampton, MA for the actual Webcomics Weekend, However....Our Hotel was in Northhampton.

SO YOU ARE ALL CORRECT! Lets be honest...the 2 "cities" are 5 minutes apart by car!

I think we hung out in Northhampton. Our favorite was The Tunnel Bar. Coolest, chillest bar I have been to in a looong time!
