For one of my many presentations i need to pick a Bob Marley Song.

Could you be loved, it was the biggest crowd response I've ever seen in a concert when they played that song at Reggae on the Rocks.

I don't know why you need the song for a presentation, but if it's just "Which one do you like the best?" I'm going to agree with Legendaryratboy. Could You Be Loved is a nice song that evokes some emotion, rather than being just a "Let's smoke and hang out" type of song.
I wouldn't go with I Shot the Sheriff or Jammin', myself. Why? 'Cause everyone's heard them a million times. You say "Bob Marley" to someone and that's usually what pops into their head. Pick something that some folks may not have heard. Don't get me wrong; I like them. I wouldn't use Buffalo Soldier either, sound too much like Jammin'.
