I finally caught a pretty Autumn egg! Joy!

It took a REALLY long time. I had to try a couple hours a night for about a week. People grab them up so fast from the main page! The only way I finally got mine was by lurking around on the abandoned page.

I'm trying to get one of those "glowing" eggs. It's white and the description says "This egg gives off a beautiful glow." I have no idea what it is, but I don't have one, so I want it.

Try looking around for the Christmas dragons. The summer dragons pretty much look like the autumn dragons, except they're green and yellow.
There are a few types of rares floating around out there. Somtimes you can see one here.

I'm just hoping I don't kill them.
Sometimes I'll get home after work, and they've gotten sick and died before I've had a chance to do anything about it. I hope they only count the dead dragons and eggs currently on your scroll, and not the total that have ever died in your care, because if they do, they'll probably burn my scroll one of these days.

It's not possible to have your dragons mate with someone else's dragons. I think the guy running the site said he's going to add a feature that will allow you to breed your dragons with someone else's in the future.

It's too bad there's no reliable way to give eggs to someone else, 'cause I have a pretty fast connection. If the server is running fast (sometimes it can't handle the traffic) I can snatch eggs fairly easily. Being online at ungodly hours helps.

That's why I kept at it until I had at least three autumns. I'd like to have a male, a female, and a frozen hatchling of each dragon. Plus I hear there are "alternate" black and vine dragons that you have to breed to acquire.

Also, the li'l fellas in my sig need some lovin'.

I've known people who have gotten the alt vines and blacks from the Abandoned page, but it's just as tough as trying to get a rare. People scoop them up right away! I'd love an alt black, they're really very cute, especially as hatchlings.

There are so many abandoned eggs right now that it's stopping any drops.

Don't try to get a shitload of clicks and views all in one day. Spread it out over four or five days.

Like I said before, my signature seems to work well, but it depends on what topics I've posted in recently and how many people are viewing pages with my posts in those topics. For example, if I post on the first page of a topic about the latest comic page, it'll get way too many views in a short period of time because there are so dozens, maybe hundreds of people who come here just to read the topic about the comic. I killed a couple of eggs very quickly by having them in my sig when I posted in the comic topic. Same thing happens if I go on a posting spree and have a lot of posts in active topics.
However, if I stop posting for a bit or only post once or twice a day, I don't have as many posts in active topics and there aren't as many people viewing the dragons.

I try to aim to get a couple hundred views a day. If they get soft shell, I take them out of my sig immediately, or fog them for a few days.

I got new eggies and hatchlings. Usually mine don't get softshell unless I get over a thousand views the first day. I believe you can no longer get soft shell from clicks, but rather from too many views at once. And softshell is easily fixed with fogging. Just check your eggs every few hours.

Yeah, I eventually figured it out.
Only problem is if I forget to take them out of the siggy overnight... Or forget to check on their health :>
