So as of late I've been extremely bored...
WoW just hasn't been entertaining me, might be because I've been in the dark about the TBC content cause I wanted to take my current main through it...
I have an 360 with a couple games yet to have anything keep my attention... Gears isnt that much fun online to me...
My comp can pretty much handle all the new games out I think, maybe not Vanguard but I've been holding off for the DX10 cards

Basically I'm looking for something to do... a new game mostly or a some input on WoW...
I dunno boredom = bad... other real life issues aren't helping probably but any suggestions would be nice.

Morrowind FTW. On oldie but a goodie. Oblivion was fun too. Medieval Total War is also interesting for me. Nothing like rounding up a bunch of knights and mowing down fields of peasants to brighten your day!

Write a 2695 word story. That number of words precisely, and it has to be a complete story without any To Be Continued.
After that drudgery, the rest of your diversions will seem so much brighter.

I think I have a story around that length just laying around here.
Maybe you should learn a talent, like juggling?
Learn to juggle, that'll cure your boredom.

Or put on fifty kilograms and learn to jiggle.

Or just brutally castrate a bull with a spoon.
Verbose
Feb 20 2007, 03:54 PM
Castrate a mountain lion with three chopsticks, a paper clip and a fortune cookie. MacGuyver style.
Ballscratch
Feb 20 2007, 04:04 PM
MacGuyver would end up using the fortune cookie to hide his musk, blind the lion with the piece of paper inside it and then assault the critter with a three-sectioned chopstick nun-chuck using the paper clip.

If your going to be dancing naked with any big cats, you still have to be wearing the jam though. Oh, and record it. May not cure your bordome but it would cure mine to see that video.

As much as I am sure this detrailing is helping his boredom, on a more serious note since you have a 360 I'd recommend picking up a Guitar Hero Package for it. I haven't checked to see if they released it yet so don't get mad at me if they haven't but it's wicked fun for the ps2.
You don't even have to be a big pro at playing a guitar but it's not to say having some knowledge of one does not help. I think since I picked mine up I've booted it up once a day to knock out a few tracks and go on my merry way feeling quite accomplished. I might have beaten medium but I still find playing through the tracks fun, hard and expert just kick my ass.

THESEGood times. Also, if you are a wow player, go to warcraftmovies.com and look for PvP videos of your class. I like em because some of them show me things I wouldn't have thought to do. Observation can be an exellent learning tool.

Sometime in April is when that comes out

Been waiting on it for a bit... THough I could just go pick it up now because I do have a PS2 pretty much waiting for God of War 2 right now... As I have yet to see anything else grab my attention... And thanks for the suggestions

I was more refering to different styles of play. Maybe you will decide to go combat fists after seeing a movie, just to try it out. At any high level PvP encounter, everyone knows what to do against their opponent (well, in theory). Maybe you might want to try differing styles of play. (I have a mage, so I watch out for that kind of thing, seeing what specs are best for me.

Done almost every build for a Rogue... half the reason I got the High Warlord Fist Weapon... Lets me do all the combat builds and then Hemo... I've done all teh dagger builds... Mutilate has been my favorite.

It's a matter of repitition. There was once a time where that was true for me, but now Hard is my new Medium and when I can be bothered practicing enough that I can play one of the harder Expert songs all the way through without losing dexterity, I'd probably breeze through the last 13 of those I have undone.
