I made a tribute music video to Richard, and i was wondering if that would be copy right infringement, or if its alright to post online non-profit (Youtube)

Nah, everybody else does it. There are tons of fan-made Richard videos on YouTube already.
As long as you make it clear the character is from LFG (spam the link in the notes) and you're not using it for profit, then nobody's going to care. They like free advertising.

I think the only issue they have is some reposting a video BFE made with their own audio.

Thanks alot.. by the way, video is up and running (search Richard, the Blood Red Sandman) its my first video ever, as well as my first time even using any of that softwear, so it probably has mistakes in it, so feel free to critique it.. i think i put enough work into it that it turned out well (over 20 hours).. feel free to give me reviews, i actually look forward to them.
