I recently bought the complete set of 'The Young Ones' on DVD. Is anyone else familiar with this show? I'm also a Monty Python fan.

Never heard of it.

Never heard of it.

It's about a bunch of twisted college students who share a house. One is a creepy poet, one is a sleaze, one is a psychopathic punk rocker, and the other is a suicidal hippie.

You just described my cousin's life from 2003-2005.

Wow, I haven't thought or heard of The Young Ones in years. Funny show. How much did the complete series set you back, is it really expensive, or just expensive?

I think I paid only about thirty dollars for it on Amazon. It might be less, I can't remember.

Sounds like The Breakfast Club, 'cept drawn out over a much longer period of time.

I haven't seen it, but I enjoy other British comedies, such as Black Adder.

Black Adder is another series I love.

I moderately dislike (LOATHE) most comedy, or shows in general (I will hunt you down, BBC America programming director, I swear it!) but sometimes one will come along that is great like Allo Allo, Red Dwarf, Father Ted, Monty Python, Black Adder, and Hyperdrive. Every other show on BBC is often crap. Is this show any good? P.S. Forgot the old Dr. Whos. Did not bother mentioning any other nations comedy due to Dyslexia (don't ask) sorry.

P.P.S. What I meant was "Who made it, and is it any good?"
