Is it me or is there something starting between Benni and Cale?
She seems to worry about him alot. And I swear it's just not me.

she's been keeping heim out of the trouble that his naivete gets him into for so long that she probably has started to think of him kind of like a child. You would worry about a child wouldnt you?

I really don't see anything between them. :\
And I'm pretty sure it's spelled 'Benny.'

I do think she has some sort of feelings for him, but I am undecided on whether they are of a romantic or merely friendly nature. It is very obvious, though, that Benny cares for Cale.
Not sure I see Cale returning her feelings, honestly, if she does like him that way.

As much as I'd like to see Cale and benny go lovey-dovey with each other(I find this word extremly discusting)
I seriously doubt it will happen.
For starters, it's more like a comedy then an actual comic where the heroes end up with each other.
Secondly, Cale is completly clueless to anything that happens around him as long as it's not someone in trouble or some such thing.
And last, but not least, Cale has blonde hair(Meaning he's got the IQ of a teaspoon)

Makes sense, but what use is a King, as we know he will be, without a queen and heirs? He HAS to find someone, or his "Kingdom" is rather short lived (for an elven kingdom. I mean...though we don't know if LFG elves are immortal or even long-lived)
So...what would you rather have...someone we like, someone who we know, someone who does visibly care for him, or...some random girl who appears out of thin air?

Can I have a random girl who appears out of thin air for that kind of thing please?

I think it would be wise to consider that they are good friends, as are the rest of the group to Cale. I think Cale cares as much for Benny as he does for Richard, and come to think of it, Richard probably comes the closest to a "best friend" than anyone else, since we really don't have any other history of Cale's past. But what gets me is the King issue... maybe he will one day have to choose a Queen or whatever, but I'm
100% positive it won't be one of his friends. It's just... weird.
Benny and
Richard, on the other hand...

I still love how people purposely and continuously misspell the characters names even though they are written over and over again on multiple pages of the comic.
It's great, really.

Didn't you know? misspeling is the new status symbol, the more incomprehensible what you write is, the more power you have.

It's not that hard to remember...
Oh and Indignant:
I'd take the 1st option, although like I said in my previous post post*Points at my sig.Especially the gray part*
I just don't see Benny and Cale ending up together.

But seriously, theres nothing. You're in a band of misfits trying to do something, theyre gonna look out or each other, theres nothing romantic going on. The closest thing would probably be pella and richard as you see when they meet in kethenecia but even that stretches the imagination (and not just because he's techically dead).
In all honesty this seems a pretty retarded thread created because the bloke was bored. Which is fair enough, that why Richard does what he does 'Boredom Mostly'

Cale has been referred to as a boy several times in the comic, so I think that Benny is just looking out for him.

Well, Benny is the healer of the group, so of course she's got a bit of maternity leaking out of her. I mean, I always thought it was cute how she was always touching Richard (in order to heal him) while almost no one else really ever comes in contact with the guy, but you could turn THAT into romance, too, I suppose, since fans can really do anything with just the right amount of social ambiguity between characters. Anyway, I can see how Benny would appear to have sort of a loving nature towards Cale, but in my opinion, you sort of have to. She's a healer so it comes naturally, and Cale is just such a cute guy anyway, inside and out. It doesn't have to be romantic for it to be loving.
Well, that's my theory.

Funny, never really saw Benny touching anybody to heal them. She kinda holds her hands in proximity to the wound and lets the magicks do the works.

I don't think there's any reason why they SHOULDN'T hook up, per say. It's just that Benny initially mistook Cale for a woman. I don't think that's really a sound basis for a relationship.
