Aye, but Pella would've felt it, and it could've broken the divination. So unlikely. I think Richard has his powers. Compressing ash into clay and then firing it very quickly, all in the space of one verse/refrain...that's got Richard's power written all over it. Especially with the fire.

The fact that Richard not only hurt the shaman, but did it by making a clay pot with his power while singing, and smashing it into said shamans face. Makes me very happy.

Obviously Richard has some pent up aggression from being stuck in the Plane of Suck. Maybe he could use it helping Cale get to the capital to find Vraay.

Don't be dude, it's a easy mistake we all make them. Anyway, I'm just wondering if there is a thread of truth to his words, though I think so after his whole destiny thing. Panel six makes me sick to my stomach and exponentially more homicidal than usual.

However, I've noticed that apparently, most of this comic was yet another pop culture reference, and I take comfort in knowing Richard still cares more about destruction than anything else.
