They are going to be used in an experiment to see if these undead brains can be used in a new form of voodoo.

All comes down to preference! Spicy or sweet? Not to mention they tend to act like wine, the more you grow them the better they taste. Could get a nice young neutral one and grow it, see how it comes out. Be careful though, few wrong choices and it'll end up bitter.
