I saw that you are waiting for A Memory of Light to come out. Brandon Sanderson was chosen to finish the series, so I decided to check out his stuff. So far I've read Elantris and Mistborn: Final Empire and i must say, I couldn't be happier with the choice in author. I just thought i'd throw it out there, but you should probably check it out since you appear to be a WoT fan

I agree with Isimo, and would like to add that Well of Ascension (Book 2 of Mistborn) was quite good as well.

Seeing as Sanderson wrote the foreword for the LFG hardcover, I'm going to hazard a guess that Sohmer not only knows who he is but has read his books. I know I have. Good stuff.
