What does Richard look like without his hood. Does he have a full face or is he missing his jaw like some of the forsaken characters in world of warcraft?

Well, if you look closely at this page, he's definitely got his lower jaw. Looks like he has fangs too.
Other than that....we don't know.

I'm gonna be bias based on my Undead character and say he has a jaw bare of skin. :3

i think they should do a page, only one page where an enemy exposes richards lower jaw so we can see what he looks like, than have said offending enemy killed in a gruesome, yet funny way........

Somehow, I feel it would ruin part of his mystique if we saw his face. For me, once there's nothing left to wonder about, the story is dead.
I dislike fantasy anything that explains or shows too much, especially if it concerns magic (they start making it sound like a science and I become uninterested).

I'd like it if we never saw his face when dead, but perhaps in the past when alive....

Thanks for that. I never would have noticed his skeleton in that one if you hadn't pointed it out, and seeing the fangs he's got on him really makes me wonder. What would some one with a jawbone like that even look? He's got to have a large chin, if he still has flesh down there... You'd think teeth like that would give him some under bite. Add his claws to the equation and it just adds to the mystery. Was/is he even human? Perhaps he's of the same species as Benny? She's missing the claws, but has got a bit of an under bite.
....alright, thats highly unlikely.

Meeeh, when I think about it, a part of me would LOVE to know what he looks like under the hood. Just plain curiosity of course. And then another part of me thinks "noooo, don't show the jaw!" because then I wouldn't have anything else to wonder about him anymore and it would take all my fun away.

.... then again I do kinda wonder about his past too...

Agreed! I would love to see what Richard looked like when he was still alive. That would satisfy the curiosity of those of us who want to see his face, without ruining the mystery for those who don't.

Also, I really hope, if we should ever see the rest of his awesome face, that he's not human, or -was- a human being before turning undead.

no way should richard be shown without his hood in the comic, but a picture could be made for those that want to see him and get put some where else.

You guys just aren't looking hard enough. It took me a while to figure out where the fangs were, too.
If you're having too much trouble finding the fangs or are just too lazy to really look I suppose Ill just point them out to save you all the trouble. x3



Sorry about the crappy job I did. Going over that was a bit difficult with my laptop, what with the lack of an actual mouse and all. But you get the picture, yes?

i see them in your one clear as day and it has helped me see them better when i soomed up close and burnt the image to its more defined but when your right your right. this kinda stuffs the look i want for my muck up day at school.

now i need to make fangs as well, which means i need a dental cast of my teeth. you've complicated my costume AAARRGH, but at least it make look better and more like him now

Well, maybe he just didn't care about his teeth while he was alive, or warlocks get some teeth-lifting, after the "Warlock-University" (It's the one up there. In the little village at the coast.)

About teeth...well, being around Hctib means good dental.

Maybe another reason for Bitc- err, Hctib hating Richard.

I disagreed with someone who pointed out the fangs until I got my hardcover book. They're much easier to see in the book, IMO.

He could have once been human, but the thing I find with magic users is they tend to warp themselves with their own, or by the effect of someone else's, magic. It could be natural, seeing as he is infused with the magic, or he could have done it to himself just becuase he can.

That, or he is decaying from the inside out, and for his claws is just a small portion of meat surrounding the bones, making a claw-like form.

Another thought about the fangs.
Fangs tend to add some badassery to most who posses them, so perhaps he thought they looked cool? 8D

Either way, Ill be extremely disappointed if he's human. No human, undead or not, could ever hold that much awesome in a single body! If he must be human, it will satisfy me if a scene involving shiny things, demons, bunnies, and fire was involved in creating such awesome.

We now know three things!

1) Richard is more than likely bald.
2) His chest is not very attractive, unless you're into that sort of thing.
3) He's got fangs rivaling Sooba's.

Nha... I think you can't rely on this statues.
They show even Cale and Tavor bald.
Also Benny is changed.

I know, but just saying. For all we know, Richard could have carved the statue. *doubtful, though* XD

But, if you think about it, he probably is bald at least. The sisters are bald and the statue is. His is the only one that really looks like any of them, its got the same body type. Only thing really changed would be the clothing, which just makes me assume thats what Richard looks like.

If I had to guess, that's what he looked like alive. And now he's probably reborn something really evil, from the darkest pits of the underworld. Although, I have to wonder if he could still be human and undead.
