I think he wants to get people to play D&D with...or people to trick into a D&D game...but really he is going to murder them and flay their skin to make sexy outfits.

If he is for real though I would suggest hitting up the local comic book and gaming stores, you can normally find people there.

I'd recommend checking bulletin boards at local colleges, game shops and comic book stores. There's almost always somebody advertizing for players or DMs. smile.gif Good luck!

I've read the Starter's Manual at least six times, as well...

I actually have found one person to play with me once, except he lives on the other side of the State...

You have to learn to seduce others into playing it against their will. That is the only true way to do it. I know. It happened to me. After that: I've been in love with my one-inch petal "Belldandy" ever since. I mean, come on, how cool it must be to live in the pocket of a doppleganger!!

Thanks y'all. That's a start, at least, and gives me some ideas. The game store ain't good for much other than buying equipment, but I can check the college! Thanks again! biggrin.gif

I couldn't find anybody to D&D it up with out here, so I settled into the Star Wars Role Playing Game. It's actually pretty fun.

I haven't done D&D in 11 years, and don't even have the books anymore. I do have the books for M.E.R.P.s, but can never find anyone who will play. Even at the gaming stores, they are afraid because of the crit tables.

*sigh* I so miss Shadowrun these days. Had a couple of guys locally that'd play it back in th' day, and we did some mass property damage ^.^
Even bought most of the source books and went to town creating characters, vehicles and gear. You should see the NPC's I came up with, some of them are nasty enough to take on a dragon and have a chance at winning x.x
