So the other day I was wearing the T-Shirt I got at Comicon.(In soviet Russia, Group is looking for you!) And this kid i've talked to maybe.. Once before, goes "LOOKING FOR GROUP RULES!" and walks away. Then today I saw him again and we talked for a minute about it.

I do believe i've made a new friend.

So, c'mon, do tell, ever met somebody in real life who read the comic? Or know posted on the forum?

I've never met anyone from the board that I know but I've met a few people that read the comic, my roommate and some friends I met at school.

Im a closet nerd and dont tend to talk about my secret web-comic or video game obsession, so i probably either wont, or will never know if i did.

I have friends who I have enticed into reading the comic, but none of them are on the board.

I try to get people on the gen board at least, they are good guys, they might even be able to handle all our quirks.

I've met no forumers, and I'm about the only kid at my school who reads webcomics. Simple as that.

I have a friend who bought me a copy of LFG: The Book. Because I got him on the site.. but I don't think he is registered

I think it's pretty obvious that I've met Ghis and Bodhi (and Sohmer and Lar), but we were officially LICDers at the time - and somehow receiving signed copies of LFG. Fun times!

Well that is going to be tough seeing that he isn't in right now and I am not about to over turn it.

That would require me having to actually get up before the crack of noon... getting to an airport... getting on a plane... riding said plane without purposely attempting something (such as taking it over in the manner of a pirate).... landing in a secondary airport to deal with luggage issues... and then finding suitable lodging for given amount of time.
