Yeah, we had some real good progress on her last night, though. The hardest part was just people learning to spread from the Encapsulate target in time, then getting right back in to be in range for Mass Dispels for the Gas Nova. we've only had a couple sessions working on her so far. We did Brutallus pretty quick, though. First kill was 20sec after enrage. Second kill was 1sec to enrage. Third was 5sec to enrage. The first two times we killed him it was sort of an "accident," lol. We weren't going for the kills in those attempts, just getting used to the fight.

I have a feeling we'll be able to get the Twins down before the expansion hits.

am i the only one who actually wants to hold off on getting the expansion?

If you're in even a semi-hardcore guild (as in you actually push to the end-game, 25-man raid content), you can't really hold off on something like that without sacrificing your raid spot. And raiding is pretty much the only really fun thing in the game to me. :\

BTW, PvPing in T6 gear as 7/5/49 (Warlock) is also fun as hell, lol. Fun to drop people to around 10% health before they even knew what happen. Or 2 or 3-shotting that cocky warrior, haha. Good times.

I had to pre-order it. The second I saw the date of release, I decided to get myself an early / late birthday present. My birthday is on November fifth, so its late. But since I pre-ordered it to have it shipped (so I miss standing in that long-ass line), it's early.

I'm extremely jealous of you. My lock is somewhat well geared, according to be imba he's ready for BT, though that doesn't mean much.

The problem is that my guild got stuck on T5 and people stopped raiding, and now I can't find a weekend raiding guild on Durotan.

I imagine PVPin as destro would be fun, after watching the videos of Drakedog and Boneshock.

I began playing WOW in 2004, and I'm a terrible altaholic -- though not always by choice. After a long time of rerolling on a new server every time a friend wanted me to heal, I finally established a niche for myself. Honestly, I quit WOW sometime in autumn of 2007, but recently returned. Who knows how long this will last. Judging by my instant burnout, probably won't stick around very long this time.... But I am getting what enjoyment I can out of the game.

Twisting Nether (U.S.): I have a 70 Alliance mage (Frost spec) and a handful of alts, ranging from 35 to 64, which I haven't played seriously for a very long time. I might still play my mage if I still knew anyone playing on that server.

The Venture Co. (U.S.): I have a 70 Horde hunter (Beast Mastery spec) and a couple lower-level alts. Working on getting the hunter her non-set PVP epics, and saving furiously for the epic flying mount skill. (I'm actually just 1500 gold away.) My sister and significant other play on this server, but it's still kinda lonely because of The Venture Co.'s extremely low population.

Oh yeah, the Seduce -> Soul Fire -> Shadowfury -> Immolate -> Incinerate -> Conflag combo is absolute murder. If they don't get themselves out of it they've already lost unless you mess up big time.

Destro Warlock = Worth every moment.
