Until I play it and see what they've not put in the patch notes, I never rejoice.
It sounds like healers are getting a hefty nerf and that may bode ill for us. We'll see. Locks didn't seem to get nerfed, but there's always something hidden.
I am excited that I get my mounts tho.
Ignore the fact the servers tend to be glitch for a few days after a patch too. That's really why I dislike it today.

So the patch today?
I got back into my old raiding guild (which happens to be the top raiding guild on my server. But most of the top raiding guilds on my server left or disbanded). And my guild leader said that us pallies are getting ret nerfed again. I'm not really all that surprised. That and he made me a new mace since I was still using a lvl 70 epic before I left lol.

I'm overly excited for the changes to windshock (no longer on the rest of the shock cooldowns, meaning we have an interupt that doesn't screw up our PvP damage), totems can be multi-cast, and ghost wolf means we can avoid being slowed down (ok, not at ghost wolf speed, but normal movement speed!)
Also we get a stam boost!
I'm so happy...

Yea, we had literally 2/3rds of our guild simultaniously get wow burn out. Really hoping things pick up soon, hell even if we become a 10man raiding guild Im find with that and on one hand would prefer it sometimes. 25's can just be such a pain in the ass sometimes.

Healers got nerfed? I had a hard enough time before, trying to keep up with things. T_T I am so starting to hate Naxx... At least, last night marked the longest time I ever survived in the Plague Quarter. I still died, though.
I had burnout on the higher levels, so I've been playing my lower levels on other realms for a while. Still ended up in Naxx last night, when I wanted a break from my lower level toons. I so owe my guild some time to pay back for all those bids I won. See, we have a loot master, and there's no limit to bidding, you can go infinitely negative: but still... I did get a nifty off-hand, though. I finally decided to replace the Argent war horn. I'll keep it as a "pet", since a level 70 to run interference doesn't work so well in a level 80+ Instance. It's like trying to send a gnome up against Richard, by the magma.

Healing nerfs I've seen thus far:
* Prayer of Healing: The percentage of spell power this spell gains in healing (per target) has been reduced from 80.7% to 52.6%.
* Innervate: Duration reduced to 10 seconds, and cooldown reduced to 3 minutes. This means each use of Innervate will give half as much mana as before, but it will be available twice as often.
* Lifebloom: The final heal that occurs when this spell blooms has been reduced by 20% on the base and on the spell power coefficient.

Er, innervate is a boon, and a big one. First of all, from any perspective, it's a sideways move (it can be used twice as often but does half the mana recovery), but as it was, Innervate worked with you MP5, so you actually recovered MORE then your full amount of mana (by a lot, even if you're spamming heals during it). Now you'll get the full amount of mana, and be more inclined to use it because it's a lesser cooldown.

Alright, I'm not sure if this was unique to my server, but the entire game was lagged for everyone (we tried to ru na heroic, and it would sporadically lag for random party members, looting meant you were going to be stuck kneeling for 4 minutes or so, some people couldn't zone in, and EVERYTHING was having issues.

I noticed that too. I have toons on several different rrealms, so first I got my pally her mounts, sine they came down in proce and elvel. Spent half the time on other servers, the other half waiting for Moon Guard to load for me. Started Orphan's Week on Moon Guard and found out you need to be at least leevel 75 to pick up that shield delivery quest which givesyou the impressino that it's lower level, but...WTF?
My DK on Moon Guard got the curious lil wolvar for a quest reward. Gto my other eleigbles to pick up the orphan quest, which is gonna be fun for my level 70s, considering some of the areas. The pet is worth it, though, particularly towards the achievements.

3.2 is now live!
My subscribstion ran out, and I decided not to renew it until the patch. Looks like I'll have to go get a new time card today. Can't wait to get my Sunreaver Dragonhawk. Hopefully those new dailies will make it a bit easier. And my little shaman will be quiet happy with his totem upgrade. Not a whole lot for my mage, although I think Blizzard has found a happy medium with mages. Nobody is crying that they're either OP or UP. But I'm psyched for the change to Invisibility, it's a bit like a "get out of jail free" card now that the effect can't be cancelled by damage.
This means there's only one more raid patch in WotLK. Blizz said there would be three raid patches with this expantion, Ulduar, a surprise dungeon (wich we now know is the Crusader's Colliseum), and finish it up with Icecrown Citadel.

Sorry to hear that. We did the 10 man though (can't do heroic till you finish the bloody instance, and you can't do that because the bosses aren't there yet.)
The first boss is rough! More because it's not one boss, but three bosses (ok, four bosses).
First one is a general state of fire bad, swap tanks, and snobalds are annoying bastards... so annoying...
Second two... ugh!!! Once you get it down it's alright, lots of spreading out, switching tank targets, and tagging poisoned guy with the fire guy...
Third boss is cake! When he throws you against the wall, get out of the way, he stuns himself on the wall, beat him hard. Very easy fight.
Now I just need more Conquest badges! Also, from what i can tell, there is no Tier for the Tournament.

Where have you been? Tier 9 was introduced with the tourney.
Check it out.Blizz took a different approach with this set. They made the Alliance and Horde models different, wich I think is a cool idea. But what made alot of people mad is that the model for the different types of armor are the same. So, for example, plate has the same model, but different coloration for paladins, warriors and death knights. I really don't mind, since the Horde cloth model looks pretty sweet.

Oh, I know they planned it, but from just fighting the first boss, it doesn't drop tier (10 man Regular). If it's 10 man Heroic that drops tier, we won't see that for 5 weeks (because they only release one boss per week, and you have to kill all the bosses to do Heroic Mode). And the badge vendor isn't selling tier gear yet, so you can't even check it out that way.
So still waiting...

I use the built in UI for newb toons sometimes heh. Normally tho I just profile copy so all my toons UI's have a similar look.
Tho I tend to turn off omen, Deadly Boss Mods, Recount and a few other raid specific ones if it's a noob toon, just to save on memory consumption. Widescreen monitor makes it much better now tho, but my UI has been pretty much the samish since the middle of BC.
Maybe I should give it a full overhaul soon

Try to get something even more streamline and graphical. I'd do away with most of my buttons (most are bound) but I often play in the dark and my keyboards not back lit and sometimes I just need to be able to click on what I want, not button mash for it. heh
