I dunno about that... suicide, imo, is any action which is done with the intention of getting oneself killed. Doesn't matter if it's jumping off a bridge, hanging yourself, or in this case, provoking another person to a level of rage that they decide to kill you. Consider "suicide by cop"- While people who do that certainly aren't the person who pulls the trigger, they did put themselves in that situation with the intention of ending their life.

I thought "suicide by cop" was just for legal reason so that the life insurance companies don't have to pay any money. At least I think they don't have to pay, not certain on that though. Anyway the proper definition is taking ones own life so it's debatable, but to be honest it doesn't really matter.
