I mean, ever had one of those days that everything goes wrong and you seem to be touching everything at the secret self-destruct button? I myself have had a pretty rough week and I'm beginning to get worked up over it. Oh, and the usual "sit down, relax" routine didn't help.
But it got me thinking. I just wonder what people do if they encounter this.

Alcohol.
It works every time.
My week went from hectic to stressful in the past 24 hours. I am not happy about it either.

I just order a pizza (or two) and pack myself infront of the TV for the rest of the day.
I bellong to the TV-generation. I was born and raised infront of the TV. So I spend almost all of my spare time infont of it.

I relax...Sit down...Take a deep breath....
Then take out my paintball gun and shoot any cars that are speeding.
Works every time

when I'm really really stressed, there's just one thing that can make me blow off some steam. It involves a woman and a man and lots of bodily fluids. I don't reserve the act only for stressful days (Mainly because I don't stress easy) but it helps me relax.

Meet in person, maybe but i find these web based relationships just fine. I mean i doubt most of us would act quite the same way in tru social face to face interaction. I would most of the time, but many people "change".

While I do enjoy the "gaze from the other side of eternity", I hate the "ball and chain".

On 'those days', it depends on whether it's a crappy day at home or at school.
At home: I go in my room, crank up the volume on my stereo and play videogames for an hour. Then I stare at the weird marks in the drywall on my ceiling; I swear, one looks like Dr. Finkelstein (sp?) from Nightmare Before Christmas. After awhile, I'm calm enough to go back out to the living room, but whenever it's something bad (rarely it is), I stay in there for most of the day.
At school: I stare at the person/thing that's irritating me, then when I go home I rant for about 3 hours on and off. Occasionally this leads to a bad day all-over.
If I ever get one on the internet, I simply do something else on the computer. XD

Typically when I have a bad week, I chose a forum at random and go Godzilla on it. Have you ever seen some new member do 20-100 posts in a political forum all giving concrete examples of how the forum ideology is flawed then never post again? I do that every 3-4 months.

Personally love to grab a few drinks... preferably with another person... but you cant always have that luxury...
When alone I like to play a few online matches in a first person shooter or some battle grounds in WOW.
Working in retail all it takes is a few jerks to come in to wreck your day.
