I'm not so sure, that attempt was way over the top as far as trying to look menacing, it ended up looking cheesy in my opinion.

Well that pretty much IS the hairstyle for elves ... long flowing hair ... wich is why Sohlar made fun of it when Cale first met Benny. Of course there are excpetions to that but most elves have long flowing hair.
