That was my first thought too. The lower jaw bone is a little thin. Maybe if you made it a little thicker and his teeth just a hair longer (really, not a lot, maybe the with of a pencil line) and see how that looks.

You need to go out and educate yourself, son! I demand you either buy / rent a DVD or
something! The original 80's one is good, but I really recommend the 2002 series. Better animation, a bit deeper plot, and fucking awesome battle scenes. I
love some of the sword play in a few of the episodes!

is freakishly disturbing? Because I would have thought that this was one of my less disturbing pieces ;_;

Drawing just takes practice. (though it helps to research what you like to draw as well. If you want to draw people, invest in books on anatomy.)

Awww. Thanks. I apreciate the compliments but I know I still have a long way to go yet. A lot of the people in here have way more talent than I. I still haven't gotten the hang of coloring without an "undo" button.

I'm always looking for ways to perfect my work, but I don't think it does a person good to strive to be better than everyone else. I say, just have fun with your work, strive to make your own, unique style :-)
And yes, drawing takes lots of practice. I've been drawing ever since I could pick up a pencil -- on school work, on binders, on random things at work... (mostly the dry-erase board! Don't worry, I'm not that much of a vandal >.>) Draw for yourself, and don't worry about others. That's the best way to become better :-)
