Full Version: Where's Sooba?
Hi^^ i just wanted to ask if anyone has noticed that Sooba has not shown up since page 104. If I'm an airhead and I missed it sorry. ^^ The last time Sooba was shown was when Richard was little and he tried to feed Sooba the Amulet. This makes me scared for Sooba's life. lol^^
Sooba has not been shown, but I would imagine he's below deck as of the current strip.
In the pen. I wonder what they're feeding him since Richard's currently terrorizing the saltwater fauna insead of the ships rats?
Sooba has returned to his pokeball.
Sooba has returned to the astral plain, where he lives.

lol I like Tobrian's idea of the returning to the pokeball! But Sooba needs to be able to run and kill as freely as he pleases! In a pen he has no freedom!

Sooba will be around when Richard needs him, I assume. Maybe Richard has ulterior motives here...as he is undead and Sooba living, he might just wait for Sooba's life cycle to reach its natural end and then resurrect him as a beast of nightmare, with nasty big pointy teeth and claws that will be able to fall trees and...
People seem to forget that Sooba's loyal to Cale, and simply works well with Richard. >.> He doesn't come when Richard calls him, he fights alongside Richard when Cale calls him.

I don't see Cale calling.
Besides, even if Sooba IS loyal to Cale, Richard can still pull that off since the raised dead don't have to be loyal to the one they were loyal to in life.
