Hes right. When he tried to attack that fire golem he got crusehd but seeming that he is undead that he cant really die because hes undead unless you try to heal him when you use healing spells then you would damage. bringing him to life would be basically killing him like hurting a real life person until it is dead but backwards....I didnt make sense did I?

No sense at all ... actually its more than likely that the poor thing was crushed or ran away during the big battle with the Elementals. Although its entirely possible for sooba to have eaten it I think that it running away is the most likely occurance.

actually... being a D&D player... I can explain this. Being Undead, richard is immune to Death from Massive Damage. DfMD is the shock caused to a body when a certain amount of damage is inflicted, but because undead don't have a working nervous system, they do not go into shock from this, so obviously Richard has enough Hit Points that being crushed by the elemental didn't destroy him. You can destroy an undead by straight attacks, much the same way you can destroy a chair by wailing on it, it's not alive, but you can still hack it to pieces and render it destroyed. You can also destroy and harm undead by exposing them to the opposite form of energy as what fuels their body. Living creatures are fueled by
Positive Energy. It's the energy of life, that's it. Undead are fueled by
Negative Energy, the energy of death. Too much of one energy mimics the other, so an abundance of negative energy animates the dead in a cruel mockery of life. An abundance of positive energy overloads the living and causes them to eventually explode in a colourful, spectacular spray of light. Base line is that Positive energy heals the living and negative energy injures the living. However, when it comes to the undead, being fueled by negative energy as they are, positive energy acts as a virus to the negaive energy, injuring them, and negative energy heals them.

Actually, that's not the last time we see the stead. That's the second to last time we see the stead. If you go two pages further and look at the last panel

http://lfgcomic.com/page/98Not to mention richard and bunny are both on the issue 4 page.
My thoughts on the matter: Richard made the bunny a flaming bunny, enlarged him, enslaved him, then dismissed him. Now the bunny can be summoned to wage destruction and bloody the Legarion Army at a later date.

I hate your assumption that there was only one bunny throughout this.
Richard destroyed every bunny he rode after getting off - it's been replaced many times. Richard is the reason Bunnies procreate and have litters so often - the constant demand for bunnies to kill has to be filled somehow.

I reject such claims. I will not believe that it is the same rabbit without a DNA test!
Then again, Richard likes to hunt bigger fish that make louder noises and biffer fireballs when they are fwoomed, so he just might have let the bunny go for not being worth the time and effort.
