I would like to announce Richards canidacy for President.

He will be running as an independent, because although he likes to control people (Democratic) he also knows that sometimes he must us force to get the job done (Republican).

He has the experience of being a Mayor, Chief, Lord, and Emperor. Age poses no barrier for him because he is older than all others and gains no ill effect from getting older. If he comes across a problem he can't solve, he can just drain the souls of people who can solve it.

Vote for Richard!!

P.S. We already had one "Tricky Dick" why not another?

I heartedly endorse this campaign. Not with money, though, you understand. Just asking, but could Richard invade and conquer Great Britan during his Presidency? I'd quite like him to rule us.
