I'm a sixteen year old Science Fantasy writer who's been building up a story for the past four years and counting. I've writing the official draft for the first story of what have been come to known as "M-pire", the first book of three of the "M-pire series" that go into the even large Lord Series, my world.

There are a couple authors who have inspired me to write; Terry Pratchett, HP Lovecraft, and Neil Gaiman to name some.

I'm guessing you all want to know what my story is about so I might as well give you the down-low of what M-pire is about.

M-pire is a story of Earth's first global empire lead by an enigmatic figure named M, or Moriya Slether to those who know his past. Before the events of the story Moriya was a noble of Avalon during the dark ages. He had been raised by rich and power hungry parents and was soon placed as the king's adviser. Sometime after him becoming adviser he was falsely accused of conspiracy after an assassin makes an attempt of the king's life. He is imprisoned and goes mad and dabbles with dark magic. Eventually he becomes to powerful to hold and escapes into Avalon's western side, a place where dark creatures live. He returns with an army and attacks Avalon's capital and kills the king the falsely accused him but is killed by the king's son, seeking revenge. But before his death Moriya says that he would return one way to take revenge of Avalon that falsely accused him. (He comes back by his spirit possessing the first human clone in a secret lab. I don't plan on writing a story about his past because it's way too cliche.)

M grow ambitious after looking at earths history and wishes to have it all and unite it under one government lead by him. He uses his skill in intimidation to force the scientists who work in the secret lab on a small island to obey him as they create state of the art anti gravity flying machines, a flying armada, and soldier unit called "Death-Bots" to use as M's army. Still M thinks he needs more to accomplish this feet and enlists the help of James Wong, a cruel and vicious man who is president of an infamous secret society known as the League Uncrowned Kings who wish to tear down the Western World and to rebuild it in their favor. Together they combine their forces to accomplish M's goal. They succeed

In Avalon we enter the story of Tom Slether, a young boy who bears witness to the islands preparation to combat M. When M rises to power Avalon leads the world to rebellion and eventually to a global civil war against the League and M's empire. (Tom's role is not the hero of this story but simply the protagonist, his job is to see the events, not to act. He does act later on, but not as the head.)

The secondary protagonist is Sir John M. Teatime*, leader of a secret organization who fights against the League for Britain, protector of the English Monarchy, and is also a skeleton. He is Wong's archenemy and has fought against him for a good deal of his life and after life. Teatime is in ruins because of loosing Britain to Wong, (the main country who ever imposed the League and the country Wong has lusted for) and joins Avalon's rebellion along with his small group who include an ex sergeant of the armed forces, a chatty vampire, an Irish fairy (not the sprinkly ones, but the real deal kind), and the legendary wizard Merlin.

Basically Tom, Teatime, Wong, and M are the main cast. That's basically the beginning part which leads to a global civil war with countries that support Avalon and countries that support M's empire. It combines hard science fiction with hard fantasy and it might sound really cheesy at first but I'm quite proud of it. I've gotten it copyrighted and everything. There are many other characters and subplots but I gave you the overview. Sounds good, aye?

Right now I've gotten about 30k words written.

* Not pronounced Teh-Ah-Tim-Eh. The reason Sir John is a skeleton is because he is one of the several descendants of the angel of death, known is my world as Grimm Azrael Teatime, who has a largely over exaggerated English accent and I use to draw him on my homework papers with a tea cup in bony hand yelling "TEATIME" thus my friends and I began to call him Mr. Teatime, the name became official when I read Pratchett's Hogfather.

Oh and yes my username is based of Wong, he's my favorite character I've created.

No, not yet, I have to get it written. It needs to be 75,000 words or more, then edited, then I have to get it published... I keep adding and taking out characters I have to set down an exact line of action. Right now it is kind of a hobby/obsession of mine.
