I'm going to take a guess that its common on these forums to see new posters expressing admiration of the female characters' bodily forms...as this is at least the second post made purely to do that since I joined.

Oh no. Not the bodily form at all(I read the articles.)
Seriously though, I meant it as pure admiration of the character's development, not her
developments.

Astounding, here I thought it might be another one of "those" kind of posts, sorry for the mistake.

That's a peculiar angle. What a lot of us want is for her to be developed MORE, because right now we still know virtually nothing about her. Everything is implied, she's got more mystery to her background than Richard.

*ahem*
I cannot stand Pella. I would personally enjoy it if she packs up and leaves as fast as possible, hopefully by the end of the chapter. Or make her go Tavor on the party. Whatever. Make her gone.
*sigh* Looks like she's here to stay, though. Stupid forumites with your stupid 'WANT 5 PRTY MEMBR PLZ' threads.... *walks away muttering*

Hate to tell ya this Grym, but if they're making a figurine of Pella, she's most likely staying. I still miss my elfy but whatever, Pella's kinda growing on me. Anyway, Tavor will probably be back someday...right?
NE_have_rabies
Nov 17 2007, 07:13 AM
Yes, he'll be back. Even if you have to hold Sohmer and Lar at gun point. XD Which I wouldn't put it past you to do just that o_O;;

I like her. She maims Richard. What's not to like?
On the subject of Tavor, he is still with the group. He said himself that he's contained in those twin swords of Cale's. Cale still has the swords, ergo, Tavor can appear again at any time.
Lunaya
Nov 17 2007, 09:51 AM
I wondered about that. Whether Tavor going into the swords was a one-time thing or if he can pop in and out of them like a genie in a bottle. Either way, I doubt he's too happy right now.

I've always been a fan of the dwarven race in WoW their quotes are too funny, and Pella is just an awesome character, in fact I'm planning a cosply of her at Otakon this year. My boyfriend is planning to be Richard.

I don't know, I kinda like Pella. I'm glad that she's staying, and I can't wait to get her action figure to go along with my Richard doll that I pre-ordered already

The only person I am truly a fan of is Richard, ever since page 96. All the others marvel at Cale's entrance, which brings them right down in my estimations. Cale, of course, is an Elf. 'Nuff said.
And Pella herself? Well...I'm kinda conflicted. She's a Dwarf, which is awesome, and she's psychotic and evil-ish, which is also awesome, but, as I said above, she admired Cale, soshe's about even on the awesomeness scale for me.

What exactly would you do if we find out that Richard was an elf when he was alive? There's nothing so far that would prove against it.

Yeah, his ears could have rotted off (or cut off by himself), thus why they don't poke through his cowl.

Or theyre just folded back. Tim verified he's squishy, so it's not too much of a stretch.

True. With folded ears and his patented puppy dog eyes, Richard could win over anyone. And then slaughter them.

And pointy. They're very pointy. Honestly, the first thing we noticed when we watched Slaughter Your World for the first time was his fingers and how awesome they looked. Soon as he grabbed that kid's face, BAM! We were hooked.

You mean, when he was alive he was... a beagle?

But I'm pretty sure he was human once, don't ask me why.
Blast it, now if try to picture pre-undeath Richard I get a mental picture that looks like a gremlin.

beagles are hyperactive li'l (or not so little, like my dog) dogs that like to kill kittens. But they're not so bloodthirsty as Richard

I still think that Richard used to belong to some cat-like race when he was alive. What with the pointy teeth, the claws and the superhuman agility. I've seen him leap 10+ feet out of a hole to pounce on a troll and I've seen him blow up a dragon from even higher, only to land on his feet. Plus the fact that he so quickly bonded with Sooba and enjoys going after small critters.
I suppose there's a way we could test my theory. Oh, Richard! *dangles some yarn*
