I know. That's a bit weird, isn't it? *checks again* oh, it updated! Sometimes it doesn't work, though...

Clearing your cache helps in situations such as these.

Many times the file name doesnt change, just the picture. The browser, in its infinite wisdom, will load the cached version to make loading faster. If you refresh though, it will pull in the new image.
