I don't think it really matters what Benny is, although I figure that might have something to do with why Krunch was the one who raised her. Mayhaps her father had an illicit affair, and demanded his mistress get rid of the evidence. Obviously pro-life, said mistress goes ahead and haves Benny, and leaves her on a doorstep somewhere, and somehow Krunch finds her.

Well, seeing how the half trolls in the Realm are I wouldn't say she's one of those. She might be some sorta goblin cross breed...

trorc (troll+orc) my first opinion, and ANYWAYZ! since all the races were based off of warcraft, same with classes, she can only be something that could be a cleric/priest/healer thingie anyway, trols could, orcs couldn't, humans could....

The book series "Myth Adventures" may answer this question. It gives me my answer anyway.

In "Myth Adventures", Trolls are the male of the species. The females, unlike the grotesque males, are beautiful creatures called Trollops (not to be confused for a degrogatory term for women).

Not nessecarely. Cale for instance looks like a Quel'dorei (High elf)Hunter, but oine could argue that he looks like an elf from lotr or like Dri'zzt Do'urden (sp?)

Anyway I think Benny is Half Troll Half Elf. Look at the guy in panel 3 of page five, possibly a full troll and he has three fingers, now look at the half breed trolls from page 23-32 Fat, Green, four fingers, round ears.

Elves, no matter where they are seen are thin, Benny is pretty thin.

Now the troll from page 5 and Benny both have three fingers where as the orc from the page before has four.

The reason I say Benny is half elf is because from what we've seen Trolls are unbelievably fat which Benny isn't and Elves are thin, which Benny is, Trolls (and orcs) have pointed ears, but the half trolls didn't, Elves have pointed ears too. Troll (3 fingers, green.) + Elf (Thin, pointed ears)=Benny?

My bet is that she is a regular troll, inspired by those of WoW, the comic (atleast in my view) borrows alot, and would make perfect sense. Considering how Richard assumes in the very beginning that Cale and his race is all evil. Also this comic started after the release of wow, and chars have been used in WoWhead commercial.
