Hey, newb here. Whats up? A younger D&D friend of mine introduced me to LFG when I told him I had grown tired of 8-bit Theater and I have loved it ever since. I went back and re-read from the very beginning and am really digging the storyline, character interactions and marked differences in personalities. Figured I'd pop over to the forum and see whats going-on. I'm a twenty-something college graduate working in suburban wildlife pest control. I've been a huge D&D/comic book nerd since middle school and never looked back. I read primarily sci-fi/fantasy novels and spend a lot of my free time either playing Dark Age of Camelot or some other non-MMO console based RPG. I'm a yank on most counts.

Grew up in MD, USA (otherwise known as the United State's mid-atlantic region) and so the Brits and the South see me as a yankee, oh well. Its all fun times anyways. I do have other interests, but I'll save those for post-introduction discussions.

Hello new people. I'm just a random blockhead who roams this forum... and that is about it. I'm special because I'm from Sweden... and that is about it. Anywho, "welcome" "have fun" "yadda yadda" and all that formal stuff, now I don't have to be nice if you piss me off. Here, have a beer. Cheers!

Chris, did ye know that I'm currently learning Welsh? I'm really crummy, but I hope to change that.

Why, clinically insane of course...unless you'd prefer raving lunatic...I think that cognomen is still available. (We'd have to check with a few forumites to make sure it hasn't been appropriated, but you could probably trade for it.)

Greetings to all who bother to read this, and curse those who do not! My name is Chris and I hail from the hell known as Florida. I am an 18th level Student, Senior rank, who has a 12 skill rank in Procrastination(Con). Enough for the wierd. I am a gamer of many types, from console, to computer, and even the board, I limit myself to none when it comes to gaming. Although gaming is my most beloved hobby, my truest passion (and career goal) is carpentry. I'll say that much for now and perhaps a little more later. What I should say is: "I think LFG is the funniest thing around. No doubt the best web comic I've seen. I aim to make something of myself here, whether good or bad, and become one in the tops."

Just a 20 year old Norwegian with way too much spare time. My week begin on monday and weekends begin on thursday (because of the comic) and beyond that my life is sadly mostly spent on heavy Roleplaying in WoW, apart from certain holidays where I visit the pub. Vegetarian whose perfect 3 year no-meat score was ruined after buying the wrong kind of pizza.

Hello all of your newbies. For those of you just joining, I'm your resident asylum celebrity: Lisa!
As for the many people here named "Chris," I suggest we enact the "Renaming all people named Chris" decree. For each member here named such, we will give you a variation of the name 'Christopher.'
Oh, yeah, and it would be nice if you left your sanity at the door. [Wal-Mart greeter sticker]

I guess I skipped this one.
I'm reader. I live in San Diego and am an assistant to a financial planner. My boss likes to not be in the office most of the time so I end up having a lot of free time at work.
I used to post back on the LICD forums (under a different name) wayyyyy back when the people there weren't complete and utter assholes. I think it was right before Chad took over. I still read that comic, but I refuse to go into the forums there anymore. It really isn't conducive to people posting without being flamed.
So far I like this place. You guys aren't as quick to tear someone to shreds right off the bat and tend to be a lot nicer overall.
I particularly like reading some of the debates. There are several very intelligent debaters in here.
I am happy to have found an escape forum from my regular one.

Reader, love, don't let the cute, innocent, smiling faces fool you.
We're jackals beneath these skins.
Well, they are.
Kay and I are far too cute to pull that off properly.
By the way, San Diego is home for me too!
