I'm Verbose.
Also, cynical, argumentative, flippant, disagreeable, snarky (it's a word, look it up), inconsistent, sane (no matter what the general populace thinks - I have a certificate to prove it), stunning, charming and sexy as all get out.
So, yeah, I'm pretty much a jerk. But a sexy, snarky, loveable jerk.
Edit: In consideration of people who may have trouble reading and comprehending the above passage, I rewrote it slower.

Yo... *points to the left* That is my real name if only because it'll help convince you all that yes, I'm a girl. I play WoW, I am horribly addicted with a 63 lock ( <3 Richard) and 60 mage, both climbing their way to 70. A little about me... my fiance got me addicted to WoW, he actually proposed during an afk break after killing the Baron.... *sigh*
I'm 22, a PhD graduate student in Gainesville, FL at UF studying Astrobiology and Microbiology with NASA. I'm a huge nerd.
In fact [begins to ramble] I got these adorable plushy microbes as a valentine's day gift

Like Syphilis, Mono, Gonorrhea, rabies, HIV....

I'm one of a few that would probably accept that as a V-Day gift... hmmm...

Hi, my handle is UniqueName. I've been trying to find a forum that already has that name registered... just so I can tack a few numbers onto it and giggle to myself.
I'm a College Student, my major is Computer Science.
I have virtually no life. I have no virtual life.
I'm 19 and hail from New York.
I like long walks on the beach and romantic candlelit dinners with my cat.
My hobbies include underwater basketweaving, constructing models of Human organs out of toothpicks, and sacrificing cattle in the name of my lord and master, BerhGr N'd Phres.
I have a short attention span, and tend to disappear from forums for months at a time.

Hi I'm Orcasm/Jester and I'm currently sitting on my ass in the North East of Engalnd. I'll play just about anything but my current addictions are WoW...ok thats been an addication since US Beta but I made the mistake of wasting the first year or so on a squishy NE rogue - I wanted a race and class no one else would pick

- but then I read Orcs by Stan Nicholls and saw the error of my ways... and R6 Vegas on the 360

I am E-Trogon ... and no, it's not something made out of latex ...

(The avatar is an Elegant Trogon, by the way.)
I've been playing with computers since the early '90's (that's NINETEEN-nineties). Cut my teeth on Hero's Quest, then the re-release as Quest for Glory. Then some of the FPS's (Wolfenstein, Doom, Doom II, Quake, etc...). Enjoyed Betrayal in Antara too, though it was awfully linear ... come to that, so was Quest for Glory and the King's Quest series.
Nowdays it's Doom III and Elder Scrolls III. I haven't tried the MMO's yet, though a couple of friends keep trying to talk me into WOW or NWN or Guild Wars ... something like that. Maybe one of these days.
Live in Northern Arizona ... where it's finally thawing out. I've been a police dispatcher for over 20 years now ... great job ... gives me time to post on forums like this and do Tarot readings.
Discovered LfG through the blog on PVP Online.
Errrr... that's about it for now I reckon.

*<3s that game*
Well ... let's see ... when I first got Morrowind, I started out as a dark elf battle-mage ... but it was a pain trying to get him to level up, he was a wimp. He could do okay in a knock-down-drag-out fight ... but I kept wanting to use spells and he never had enough ... er "manna" (that was the term in "Betrayal in Antara" ... I'm old - I forget these things sometimes

) to use strong spells with lasting effects. In other words, every time he ran up against another mage he'd get his ass kicked ... well almost every time.
Soooo.... I restarted with a high-elf mage, then worked his ass off to build both his magic skills
and his strength and weapons skills. Oh ... joining
both the Mage's Guild
and the Fighter's Guild helped a heck of a lot.
I'm still playing this character. Unfortunately, I don't get quite as much time to play as I would like ... <sigh> ...
But ... a friend of mine built me a neat little thing using the tool kit thing. That ring that you find real early on in the game that had belonged to the dead tax-collector? My friend put a spell on it that everytime I put it on, I turn into a were-wolf. Of course, I have to be careful not to do this where anyone can see me. People kind of don't like you after they discover you can turn into a wereworlf ... in fact,
everybody will try to kill you after that! It's very unsettling ...
Yeah ... so ... uh what was the question? (I do tend to ramble a bit ... every now & then

)

I totally agree oblivion is pretty good and im exicted about the expansion coming out later this year but i think that morrowind was a far better game. To me it just feels a little more gritty and unrefined and it just works... ya know what i mean.

It's not that it's disappointing, it's a good game and all. But Morrowind and the expansions were so damn phenomenal that trying to follow them with anything even
slightly less impressive is going to feel like a let down.

My first post on this forum so I might as well introduce myself.
I'm 23 (24 in 4 days) guy from Croatia. I'm currently jobless and taking a break from college so I spend most of my time on comp, reading books and listening to music.
I mostly read fantasy stuff and listen to folk/viking metal bends like Ensiferum, Finntroll, Eluvetie and similar stuff. My social life consists of drunken weekends spent with my friends....
Oh, and I played WoW for a while but got bored so now I'm waiting for Warhammer.
I'm also a big horror movie buff. (I got Otis from Devils Rejects as my avatar...I Rock!)
Well that's that in short, cya all in forums.

Feb 14 2007, 07:14 PM
Greetings!
My name comes from the time waaay back when I misprounounced the name of Warhol actress Edie Sedgewick.
Currently, my life is complete and utter crap, except for my beautiful, goofy-as-hell 3-year-old daughter.
I play WoW almost every night. 56 zombie mage (Kaymar) and 28 Tauren druid (Angusto) on Sentinels. I picked an RP server because I figured there would be fewer hardcore gamers to make me feel even more inadequate than I already do.
Heard about this comic through either Twisted Kaiju Theater or Flipside, can't remember which. It's a most amusing way to waste my employer's time.
And, Swordplough, mucho props for the Bill Moseley pic. I'll have to see if I can scare up a shot of Chop-Top anywhere.
